“great food and comfortable atmosphere“
“My husband and I frequent the hotel for events, but it was our first time dining. We had a 5pm reservation, so it was quiet and empty. The food was a bit pricey, but generous portions and delicious. I had the chicken pot pie and my husband had the most tender short ribs of his life. We will likely be back in the future, and look forward to an elegant way to enhance our future events!“

“One of the best meals I’ve had in Bergen County. A really elevated dining experience with nice options at every course. The focaccia was great to start with, every single salad was fantastic, I loved the pork Milanese, but the homemade gnocchi was incredible.
Lemon tart to finish was balanced and elegant.
I’m excited to try more things on the menu next time I’m here.“

“Always a steady goto in our restaurant rotation. Seasons 52 in Paramus never disappoints. Their Pork Chop is one of my favorite entrees along with the Filet Mignon and Lobster, you can't go wrong with the flatbreads, tuna tartare, golden beet salad, and Maui Tuna Crunch Salad. Something for everybody. Cartier and the rest of the crew that works the bar are great, and always welcome us back when visit.“

“Consistently spectacular. What an amazingly creative chef, consistently incredible service and the host make sure every detail is taken care of flawlessly
We are regulars and love how the menu changes and new exciting specials show up all the time. Everything is amazing but we do have favorites in particular The Crepe appetizers and the Jagerschnitzel and whatever duck creation they do. If you haven't come here yet I don't know what you're waiting for“
“Came here for the first time last weekend, and was blown away. Definitely one of the best spots to eat in bergen county. The space is so well decorated down to every detail, and it is the best mix of cozy and elegant. The service was also top notch. The food was the highlight as it should be. Oysters, polenta fries, and the unique arancini were all excellent. For entree I had the free bird chicken which was excellent. Couldn't reccomend enough.“

“Kenji is the BEST server . I’ve been going here for YEARS and the service has always been pretty good, but Kenji SURPASSED and server I’ve ever had here . So kind. So knowledgeable on the menu, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. Great job Kenji!“

“We had an absolutely wonderful meal on Thanksgiving. We ordered the usual turkey dinner and it was was scrumptious. I believe the new chef owner brings the experience to whole other level. We loved it. We are going back Christmas Eve! I do have to say I was disappointed a restaurant of this level and price point charges a 3% credit card fee. This is a first for us as we frequent comparable fine dining restaurants and we were never charged a fee. Food for thought.“
