“We had a great experience here! They have a huge variety of options — tons of sundae choices, ice cream flavors, dip tops, milkshakes, and more. The shop has a really nice old-school ice cream stand feel that makes it fun and nostalgic.

The prices were fair, portions were generous, and there truly was something for everyone. I loved that they offered options for different dietary needs too, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan choices, and even dog sundaes.

Everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly. Definitely a great spot for kids, families, and even pets. We’ll absolutely be back!“

“Location location location! The ice cream stand sits next to the pier and walking pathway on Seneca lake in Geneva NY. It hosts bicycle rentals along with kyaks which are perfect for visitors or locals. For those of us who have dietician needs soft serve almond milk as well as dole whip is offered. Wine slushy as well as wine ice cream is also available. Hot dogs as well as other food items are on the menu. A play ground as well as restrooms are available. I had the soft serve almond milk vanilla twist in a bowl which was creamy and delicious. A long wait in line though... but it didn't bother me in the least as I was on vacation and the out door tables with umbrellas were a perfect place to sit and wait on the patio to soak up the beautiful view on the lake. On a return visit to Seneca Lake Ill make sure to check out the rentals available. A kyak would be a nice way to see some of Seneca lake. As well as ordering a delicious bowl of ice cream.“

“A great place to get a treat or quick bite. They have hotdogs, pretzels, nachos, burgers. A large variety of hard and soft ice cream plus shakes, floats, and slushies. The outside dining areas are lovely; picnic tables and also metal tables and chairs with umbrellas for shade. Parking lot is large but be careful of getting boxed in on a busy day by people who park right behind you. I took 1 star off because of the high prices! $7 for a rootbeer float is much more expensive than other ice cream shops in the area.“

“This is one of my son’s favorite places to visit in Geneva. Geneva Gelato always has delicious flavors to choose from as well as coffee, tea, and other desserts. Recently, Geneva Gelato hosted my son’s fourth birthday party, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It was a wonderful venue for family and friends to celebrate. We were able to come a little early to do a little setting up, we were able to bring our own cupcakes, and they even gave goody bags to all the kids who came. The staff was so accommodating and kind; they even joined us in signing Happy Birthday to my son. What a fantastic place! I highly recommend visiting or asking about small events.“

“I do recommend however not today. I had asked/ordered under the DYI for all the veggies on a sandwich, my sister ordered a sandwich with dressing on the side. We told them it was for “here”. We got the food brought to us in a bag to go. My sister asked for the dressing on the side. I did not get a veggie sandwich I got a panini with feta cheese, tomato, spinach and onion with a pesto sauce. Granted it was busy, but today the young woman did not listen to what we asked for. It was based on what they thought we asked for. Or who knows maybe the cook misinterpreted the order. Even though I brought it to their attention, she said I asked for a very veggie panini and I told her I did not ( that was her copartner telling us it’s covered under the veggie panini, I told her when she the copartner said that i was thinking i had no clue how they were going to fit all those veggies on a panini but ok). she wanted to make it right, but we already waited over 30 mins for our to go meal which should have been for there to begin with, to even be brought to us. I threw my meal out, couldn’t even eat it I was so disappointed, my sister could not finish her sandwich or chips because there was too much dressing on the sandwich when it was supposed to be on the side. Overall today was a big disappointment and waste of 26.00 plus a nice tip in the jar. Will I go there again? Sure at some point, because really they do a good job. This is the 2nd time I’ve gone this yr, last time was for breakfast which was fantastic! I considered today a donation.“
