“We have been here for dinner several times and the food, cocktails and service have always been great. We typically eat at the bar and the gentleman bartender has always been very attentive and friendly. We were finally able to get reservations here for a holiday and the Mother’s Day buffet was exceptional. Our table was set up for us when we arrived, and I was so impressed with how organized everything was considering how many reservations they had. The food was fresh and delicious, our server was amazing, checking on us often. She even went out of her way to ask the kitchen to make a few strawberry shortcakes for our table. The owner stopped by to check on us as well but something that really stood out was at least 3 other friendly servers thanked us for coming in as we were leaving. “Great place. Jim was very helpful in my bourbon and Whiskey selections. He offered samples and I made some additional picks. I didn't know of this place but was at Bullfinch Brewery and saw "butterscoth whiskey". I had to try that! It was said Lock 1 was just north of Syracuse, so I worked it into my trip, because I needed a bottle or 2 of that Butterscotch Whiskey. Once there, they had a Candy Cane Whiskey and a real Cinnamon Whiskey (Inferno). I got bottles of those too! As well as a FA Waldron distillers cut.Ashley is a great bartender!“

“This was my first time ordering here & I am amazed by how nice the young man was that delivered our dinner. I’m not big on pizza - (I did take a bite of the kids & actually liked it) I ordered an antipasto with onions for myself and it was bigger and better than expected. Joe called to let me know that he forgot the onions ( I didn’t even realize 😂 it was so so good) & refunded the $1. We found our new favorite pizza place & can not wait to try the wings!!!!“

“WOW!! what a great surprise. We were getting hail damage repair done next door at Chuck Taylor's Body shop and decided to try Francescas while we waited! Excellent!! Crust is fabulous and they could teach a few places in Utica a thing or too for quality 🍕. Also had teriyaki wings so big and juicy. If you haven't yet, give them a try! “Baldwinsville location is one of the newest in the area. It opened about 6 years ago, and is very spacious and well organized. The space is open for customers to view pizza production.Food is great and staff/owner is very pleasant.It's tucked away in a less traveled area of Bville, from what I can tell.“
