I'm a matcha enthusiast and I have been to Maiko before but never had their soft serve. This was exactly what I needed to satisfy my sweet tooth! The flavor is sweet enough and the matcha really come through - I can compare the flavor profile to Chigi no shiro by Marukyu Koyamaen. My only 2 complaint is the older of the 2 young ladies kinds rushed us through the ordering process & wasn’t very friendly. The other young lady answered questions and definitely made me feel like I wanted to go back. 2nd no non-dairy alternatives for the lactose intolerant community. Overall 4/5 experience. Definitely an understated place. A must try.“
