“Wonderful Italian restaurant near the water in Long Island City. Definitely recommend setting a reservation as this place does fill up. The restaurant staff show great professionalism They were warm, attentive, and welcoming, providing prompt service. The cocktails were strong but both tasty and refreshing. From the pizza to the tartare to the pasta, everything was freshly prepared and full of flavor. It’s literally nothing like authentic, freshly prepared pasta and they nailed it. Definitely high on my list of top Italian spots I have experienced.“

“Decided to treat myself to dinner and went to check out this place. Came in during a dinner rush and was seated right away. A nice dark atmosphere. I ordered the NY strip steak and I gotta say it was amazing. Cooked to perfection, melted in my mouth. Cooked like a real steak a perfect medium rare. So good on its own and didn't any sauce but it came with a delicious arbol chilli salsa. Great service with friendly staff. I can't wait to come back and try the lamb tacos amongst other things. I highly recommend a lovely dinner here“

“If you’re craving Chinese food, it hits the spot. I don’t think anything was standout but the portions are big because it’s family style. The dan dan noodles could have more meat in comparison to the amount of noodles it had. Some of the other dishes felt doused in a bit too much sauce. What was nice is you can ask to adjust the spice level for the food. Price seems about right and food came out really fast.

The place is absolutely beautiful: stylish, cozy, and with a really nice vibe. It’s the kind of place that feels perfect for a romantic date or a laid-back evening.
The music was a bit too crossover for the ambiance and my personal taste, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
The martinis were outstanding, easily the highlight of the night. I’d love to see a few snack options on the menu to go along with the drinks, but overall, it’s a great spot I’d definitely return to“

“Amazing experience! We found this speakeasy and is a hidden gem! The ambiance is enchanting, the food is very delicious and the drink are fantastic! Specially the martinis. “I came here because some friends were DJing in the basement, the sound quality for the speakers wasn’t the best for DJ equipment it seemed, I would describe it as adequate. And I think they just went through a restructuring or remodeling and so it seemed you can only enter upstairs from the main entrance and downstairs from the entrance on the side. Those 2 spaces are no longer connected for customers within the venue. Other than that, this spot was great & I hear it’s Detroit night on May 1st?“

“Adrienne’s is the BEST restaurant around by far - I even prefer it over many great dining spots in Manhattan. Atmosphere… service… food… cocktails… I truly cannot say enough good things.
The bar tenders are consistently excellent (especially Christine inside and Chris M. outside).
The oysters are the best I’ve ever had and they rotate the selection practically everyday (ask for their house-made hot sauce with them for an added bonus).
Can’t go wrong with any dish on the food menu.

“Delicious, well executed dishes. Had the cilantro beef stir fry (ordered extra spicy - and it was! 🤗), and the black mountain ramen - both were excellent. You self order at the kiosk, which worked great, and the food came out promptly. Highly recommend!“

“I never knew there was such a cool bar on Roosevelt Ave of all places! I live further east of here in Queens so now I do not have to go all the way to Astoria. The owner Lee is super cool and so are the other patrons. I ended up chatting with strangers and we all had a great time“

“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

“A very beautiful space with cozy sofas, interior and light. The food wasn’t something crazy about: we took potatoes, parsnip soup, and tiramisu latte, they were okay. The place by itself was a little bit dirty on the floor, and some details, as a server that didn’t know that tiramisu includes alcohol in a recipe, and the fact that the same coffee was served in different cups, brought a feeling of mess, however I want to come back for lazy mornings atmosphere.
We parked right near the main entrance, however it’s under construction zone now.“

“I was visiting family and we came to this restaurant, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The overall atmosphere was comfortable yet classy. Our food was prepared and displayed perfectly and the portion sizes were just right. The owner even came over and talked to us to make sure that we were happy and that we were enjoying ourselves. “I love everything about Diamond Dogs and everyone there except for Pat!!! 😭😭😭 i dont know why they put Pat on for weekends now, when Pat gives rude and snarky service, preferential treatment to their friends, and generally has an unpleasant attitude and is always ready to try to make you feel like you’re stupid and annoying for wanting to come to the bar. Pat likes to act like patrons are all immediately stupid and drunk nuisances. Every other bartender has is great/normal and treats patrons with respect and kindness. I tried to avoid DD if I could spot Pat working there, but it’s difficult since they’ve been on weekends there now.“

Their Dutch baby “Primadonna” pancake and lobster roll are to die for. Much of what is on the menu it’s imported from Italy of the finest ingredients. It’s always fun to take the ferry across from Manhattan to the Pepsi Cola Sign and walk a couple of blocks. They can accommodate large groups, children, pets, wheelchairs, (you name it) at their outdoor seating. Run there. 😊💕“

“The Sunken Lounge was pretty groovy. The rich, retro, red lounge was warm and welcoming, and the view of Connie Cocktail Lounge out the back with the runway lights was far out. When we were watching the final season of The Fabulous Mrs. Maisel, it was neat to see TWA Hotel and The Sunken Lounge used as the set for the airport.“
