“The burgers at this place were amazing! but the service really kept me waiting. And the atmosphere was strange every always saluted “The Boss.” Who was a man with an eyepatch and a horn on his head? I don’t know was pretty weird. But the food was amazing so I will definitely be coming back!“

“Recently went and although the food and waiter staff were great, we were expecting what we seen on here. There was no performances. An empty space. Apparently there's a 2 hr gap between brunch and dinner. The booking site allowed for a 4pm reservation. When we arrived we were accommodated but looked at funny. We found out that brunch had ended at 3pm. I was really hoping for the full experience I seen here and paid alot and didn't get it.“

“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

“What a hidden gem!! The decor, atmosphere, service and the food here is 10/10!! Our server Omo was great. My party decided to get several sides and dishes to share. Every single thing was delicious !!! The enclosed garden area where we sat as stunning as well as the interior space.

The drinks were great, mine were strong , and the food was solid overall. My strip steak was perfectly tender, but it could've used a little more seasoning like salt. The mashed potatoes were slightly cold, but it balanced out because my salmon was piping hot. The highlight for me was the birthday moment where they came out with a huge sign and sparkler to sing, which made it feel really special. I'd probably come back again! The place by itself was a little bit dirty on the floor, and some details, as a server that didn’t know that tiramisu includes alcohol in a recipe, and the fact that the same coffee was served in different cups, brought a feeling of mess, however I want to come back for lazy mornings atmosphere.

“Porta 23 is a small, nice place in Astoria. Its dishes are so good. My wife and I shared calamari, poke ahi tuna crisps, and some signature drinks. I didn't know that the Brazilian and Indian combo of sweet and spicy deliciousness was possible! I don't even like too much spice in my food, usually, but this was too good to miss. Good prices and service too.“

“What a gem! I stopped by Ay Chiuwawa in Astoria and was blown away. The place is super clean, the vibe is welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in.

I ordered the birria tacos and they were absolutely amazing — packed with flavor, cheesy, juicy, and just the right amount of heat. You can tell they put care into their food. Everything tasted fresh and authentic.
