“It was difficult to snag a spot for dinner because they are always booked. I don’t know if walk-ins are welcomed, but I used the OpenTable notification to get my table for the evening.I liked the food A LOT. Of course, it’s nice to have an unlimited supply of entrees and pitas. The portion of the main course is not very big, but you will probably be full from eating all that hummus and baba ganoush stuff.“

“I’ve been coming to Rolo’s since they first opened and they really never disappoint. The food just gets better and better. Everything is amazing but my hands down favorite is the shrimp. I’d say it’s easily some of if not the best shrimp I’ve ever had in my life. The whole menu just compliments itself from the Calabrian chili butter to the wagyu steak. Also, Sitting in the back of the restaurant is such a cool experience because you get to watch the chefs work their magic on that wood fire grill. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in NYC and in my top 5.“

“I took my wife on a date night yesterday. We like fine food and have had some amazing experiences around the world .several Michelin restaurants. First of all our waiter Julio took us on a journey through his description of the food and Sake . Julio paired every meal like painter does color . His direction was outstanding and the food followed with such complexity and fun . We will be back again and again and again . Ask for Julio he paints before the pigments hits the canvas . “wanted to check out a speakeasy while in town and came across the newsroom on tiktok, due to their “stuff your own empanada experience”. nestled in a quiet area of queens, with easy access.lovely speakeasy ambiance with an aerialist performer & live vocal performances. the music they play is all jazzy covers of hit songs, so it fits the vibe so well.the empanadas and the filet mignon taquitos, were so tasteful and delicious.they give you a very decent amount of time to be there, in order to make room for more people. our server Alberto couldn’t have been kinder and more accommodating to our preferences & needs while there.would recommend this to anyone looking for a laid back speakeasy outside of the hustle and bustle of the major city or times square.“

“Wonderful spot for a long, leisurely lunch. The food is excellent, notably, the french fries, which are borderline miraculous in their flavor and ab to sustain maximum crispiness for hours on end. The cocktails are very good, especially the martini service. The wine list is extensive and SKUs heavily to the natural side, so be warned. But the dining room is high ceiling and convivial, and the staff is allowed to sport their personalities, which is welcome.“

“The servers at Casa Ora are super friendly, focus on their customers and are very attentive. My server Freimar, took time to answer any questions that I had, pertaining to some of the items on the menu .She had such a wonderful personality and really made my dining there, all the more enjoyable. The food I ordered was well seasoned, I should know that, as I am a cooking school grad, and worked at Port Authority of NY and NJ ,four different facilities, in their kitchen and dining room/cafeterias for 20 years and six months. I am also a Veteran of the US ARMY,served for 17.5 years. I totally enjoyed the Pastelito,, The Brisket was most excellent, had a very nice flavor,.There was a mild garlic sauce that I put on it,made it taste even better. I just loved the sweet plantains, which came with sour cream I had a glass of Mongarda Brut Prosecco,, which was very good. I ordered a cup of Cappuccino, which was very good. I really enjoyed this meal and most definitely will return. I plan to bring a very special friend of my family, who is from Peru,the next time that I dine at that restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant, I give them 5 stars and as far as Food Presentation, they get a 10 from me.......“

“Went there for the bottomless brunch with some friends. While we had a blast, we misunderstood the bottomless brunch deal: on top of paying for an entree, you can get bottomless drinks for 90 minutes for 30 something dollars, which when you look at it you better be drinking A LOT for it to make financial sense, so be warned.“

“Came here for my girlfriend's birthday and it was an amazing experience. The food was phenomenal and since it was our first time there, the staff were very helpful helping us pick items.We ended up getting the whipped ricotta dip, babaganoush, salmon belly skewer, hanger steak, and shaksuhka. “Unbeatable views. I mean, unbeatable. The island is beautiful, the tram ride over is very cool. I recommend going about an hour before the Four Freedoms Park closes. Head over there and look at that, then head over to the Panorama Room and stay until the sun goes down. This will put you at about 3-4 hours on the island. The restaurant and bar are very nice, great ambience. I knocked off a star (and considered two) due to the service. First, the way the bar area is set up is really confusing. There is seating all around it, but, they will only take your order on the door side, so if you are sitting on the window side, they will literally make you get up and go to the other side to order. BUUUUUT not everyone and not all the time. If it is less busy, they'll take your order if you are seated. So confusing. I had to ask multiple times to close our tab. This is absolutely not a place to go if you are in a hurry. Food is meh, so eat elsewhere and come for the drinks and the views and maybe a snack. I think the big problem we ran into when we went here is it was just understaffed. They staff that was working was doing their best, pretty much. It was just slow and kind of frustrating. I highly recommend making a reservation versus taking your chances in the bar area, as it is not big but it can get very busy.“

Upon entering, I was attracted by the retro style - it feels atmospheric and cozy, especially suitable for enjoying a leisurely time with family and friends?. “I went to the grill with my fiancé and friends after he proposed to celebrate. It's truly an elevated dining experience that makes the night special. The women's restroom has a lounge with beautiful vanity mirrors. The pasta a la presse was a highlight of the night because it was delicious but also because it was prepared table side with an explanation of its origin. The bread for the table had a lot of variety and was delicious. For my entree I had the lobster which was beautiful and tasted divine. The baked Alaska is a must for dessert since it's set ablaze at the table! If you're having trouble making a reservation we were able to secure ours with the Dorsa app.“

“Ate at Chama Mama in the Upper West side last January at a friend's recommendation, and it was my first time tasting Georgian Cuisine. It was great! I got the basic Khachapuri and the Khinkali (Georgian dumplings), and both came in big servings. They were both delicious as well, and the person at the counter also shared how to eat the dishes the traditional Georgian way. Would highly recommend!“

“As per most of my other recent reviews, I went to this Southern spot several months back. We went here after they had unexpectedly gone on the best new restaurants list having barely heard about the restaurant otherwise. The lighting was nice here and the staff was friendly giving good recommendations. They have ample space as well. The spot has a fun creative cocktail menu which are reasonably priced with some drinks having rather humorous names. I went with the A Complex Cocktail For Bitter People for $15 which is their take on a Negroni with roots of ruin gin, saffron liqueur, and vermouth di torino bianco which was excellent. The cocktail had a nice presentation with the vivid off yellow and the flower and it had a nice balance of bitterness, citrus, and herbal flavors. This was excellent though not on the current drink menu. They also had the opposite named A Bitter Cocktail For Complex People which was their take on a Manhattan along with plenty of other choices. As per usual for food, we split a lot of dishes. For smaller plates, my favorite was the Country Fried Baby Back Ribs for $16 with dill & vinegar and jezebel sauce. This sauce in question contains fruit jelly and combined with the dill and vinegar; it was a nice mix of sour and sweet with very tender ribs which weren't too heavily fried. Excellent. Also tasty was the Hush Puppies for $10 with jalapeno, cheddar, popcorn, and remoulade. They were lighter than expected with a little kick and the popcorn was fun for presentation. I think the remoulade should be on this side and not presented on top but I guess it's more artful that way. OK was the Crab Cake for $24 listed as corn flake crusted with whole grain mustard, radish, and herb salad. It was a bit pricey and the flavors didn't pop as much as the other appetizers. The mustard was a fun spin but perhaps don't order this as this is probably one of the only overpriced things on the menu outside of perhaps the steak. We ordered two main dishes; the Roasted Rib Cap and the Crispy 1/2 Chicken which were both fine. The former for $42 with bourbon worcestershire caramel consisted of a very tender steak though maybe a bit small. The sauce indeed had some sweetness but there was a bit of salt on the steak so it was pretty well balanced. The latter dish for $26 with`bama white sauce and herbs was solid. Tender fried chicken with a fun presentation. No real major complaints though I am not exactly sure if it is half a chicken (probably is though.) The restaurant is also known for it's desserts so we got both to share which are both $12. Of the two, my preference was the Key Lime Tart with toasted coconut and candied lime zest. I haven't had many good key lime tarts in the city and this was excellent as it wasn't too sour or sweet. The candied lime zest on top as well as the coconut just added extra pizzazz. I almost found the latter Banana Pudding Tart with caramel and vanilla wafers to be a bit worse. It was well presented as per the other dessert and it was plenty rich but it was perhaps a bit too sweet with the amount of caramel they put on top. This is a fun spin on Southern food which isn't exactly a cuisine you find commonly enhanced. The desserts and appetizers were definitely better than the entrees but the entrees weren't too shabby either. Upper 3/low 4.“

“While I love this place, for lunch or dinner. They should be embarrassed by the way they put their trash out and the condition of their sidewalk out front. There is grease and grime in layers on the sidewalk, beyond disgusting. That side walk should be hosed down EVERY morning after trash is picked up with hot water and scrubbed with soap. And this from a place that is looking for a star, a Michelin star. For this alone they shouldn't remotely consider it. I mean come on Sean and Misi, clean up your act.“

“Yea, this place is amazing. We were looking for a quick bite in LIC on a hot day. We were able to sit down before the kitchen break at 3:30pm to order entrees. We sat in the outdoor seating area, which had great jungle ambiance. Servers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great cocktail menu. Started off with a few drinks, the pisco sours were amazing. We tried the ceviche mixto and arroz con mariscos, fresh and delicious seafood. There is limited but parking available! Overall, great food, beautiful interior decor, great service, and decent pricing for the area.“
