“Stopped in from out of town after the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome event and was glad we did. The place needs some curb appeal and it’s not a big place but they have seating. We ordered a small thin crust pepperoni and sausage pie ($17 including a bottled drink) and was it was done quickly. Needless to say it was absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it. I would definitely stop in again if I’m ever in the area. (Btw I very seldom do reviews but I had to this time).“

“Having the best basic pizza establishment in your town should be what our town is most proud of (out of the millions out there). The owner is so nice, prices never raised during Covid when everyone else took the opportunity to gauge, and the pizza is always insanely reliably good.“

“I've eaten at the Four Brothers in Pleasant Valley and was not at all impressed. But I did order a dinner there. This time we ordered a pizza and I have to say it was very good. The crust was on the thicker side and slightly chewy. I thought it was very good. We ordered half pepperoni and half cheese only. I prefer the pepperoni but that's just me. For pizza, it's very good. “I had their pizza once, after being unimpressed with one of their competitors -- and now I'm a Mario's fan for life. Pizzas are generously sized, prepared with an abundance of toppings, and reasonably priced. The pizza is so good, I haven't explored the menu much. But they also sell ricotta cheesecake a delicately flavorful, mildly sweet, lighter-textured cheesecake. Genuinely Italian.“

“I have to go back another couple of three times at least until I can get to taste it all. Mid-week and it was packed. A bit too loud for conversation but I don't talk with my mouth full of fabulous fresh made gluten free pizza, thick chewy crunchy crust ( not the frozen one every other place uses) whipped ricotta cheese and fresh basil. The house well is stocked with good choices. One note is that because of the crowds frozen cocktails are pre-made so you can't pick your rum.

Small spot to sit in can get clogged with kids from school across the street, but relatively manageable. As a business owner in the construction industry who doesn’t excel at packing a lunch, working with a crew of guys who also neglect to do so as well, we find ourselves sending a member of the crew nearly daily to Delia’s, as we’ve done for the last 3 years. We’ve yet to tire of the many, many possibilities, even though many of us go on months long (maybe year long) repetitions of the same item. From our buffalo chicken phase, to our chicken Caesar wrap phase, to our current favorite, burger w/ blue cheese & bacon. I frequently have Delia’s for both lunch & dinner.

Would especially recommend their chicken Caesar salad and wrap. Good burgers, great curly fries, proper fried dough, mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers. Buffalo chicken anything is another high point. Their pizza is the best in the area, with a bang up chicken bacon ranch, Hawaiian and Sicilian. With a broad menu of delicious options, it’s the Swiss Army knife of places to order from and never disappoints. Even the desert options are terrific. Service and delivery are polite and prompt.

“Had the most delicious meal last night - the oven bread was steaming and so light and airy. The Caesar salad was perfect - I had a special with tortellini that was also my lunch and dinner today! Wonderful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Truly a gem!!“

“I used to look forward to eating there. But the last two times I had the worst servers. One never came back to check after she dropped off my food. I had wanted a soda refill and another napkin, had to find her to get my check. Last night I came in and was told the kitchen was about to close so I needed to hurry up (I just sat down at about 9:25 pm). I ordered right away. An ice water and a coke and a meatball parm sub. I was lucky to get my soda with her attitude. No ice water was brought or acknowledged at all. I took a few bites of my food and she asked if I wanted a box. I was really irritated. If they told me to go only I would have been fine. But the way I was handled made me angry. I ate quickly and left. If I choose to get something again , it will be to go. Honestly, Caitlyn is the best server there. She is five stars. The others are not worth a dime.“
