“TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn’t realize they closed at 9, and I walked in with my two girls at 9:02pm. It was a rough night with some tears so we were hoping some froyo would be just the fix we needed. The two women working were mopping the floors and closing up for the night but INSISTED that we get our froyo fix despite the fact that they were actually closed. They couldn’t have been nicer and I felt SO BAD but they promised we weren’t inconveniencing them at all. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work ethic. We will 100% be back to this location for the simple fact that they were so incredibly kind to us. THANK YOU! You made our night!“

“Stopped by the restaurant on my way back to the hotel. The person behind the counter was very friendly but not overly helpful as this was the first time in the store. Got the General Tsao and ribs. Both were delicious and there was enough for the next day lunch too. Wonton soup is really good. I recommend this place.“

Both women working were extremely nice, one grabbed me a cup so I could get my coffee and the other called me up after ordering (I used the kiosk) to apologize and tell me they didn’t have what I originally ordered. She offered to make me something different and really went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. On top of that the restaurant was clean and stocked everything in else a customer could need. I work very close by and will be back! Thanks for the great service!“

The lovely worker said she would talk to her boss the next day and took my number down. The next morning, Thomas called me and asked where to mail my purse too. The food is hot, delicious, and really fantastic. I recommend dining in rather than ordering takeout—though maybe ordering isn’t completely off the table? The one time I got takeout, they skimped on the meat, but that’s in the past now. The food is still amazing!“
