“TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn’t realize they closed at 9, and I walked in with my two girls at 9:02pm. It was a rough night with some tears so we were hoping some froyo would be just the fix we needed. The two women working were mopping the floors and closing up for the night but INSISTED that we get our froyo fix despite the fact that they were actually closed. They couldn’t have been nicer and I felt SO BAD but they promised we weren’t inconveniencing them at all. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work ethic. We will 100% be back to this location for the simple fact that they were so incredibly kind to us. THANK YOU! You made our night!“

“Stopped by the restaurant on my way back to the hotel. The person behind the counter was very friendly but not overly helpful as this was the first time in the store. Got the General Tsao and ribs. Both were delicious and there was enough for the next day lunch too. Wonton soup is really good. I recommend this place.“

“Fantastic customer service. Both women working were extremely nice, one grabbed me a cup so I could get my coffee and the other called me up after ordering (I used the kiosk) to apologize and tell me they didn’t have what I originally ordered. She offered to make me something different and really went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. On top of that the restaurant was clean and stocked everything in else a customer could need. I work very close by and will be back! Thanks for the great service!“

(You can imagine the extra burden on the restaurant and my simple ask of the possibility led to them always going out to their way to make sure my orders are gluten, dairy, onion and garlic free (and still just fricking amazing, 2 extra meals in leftovers). Their social media director (?) Is brilliant, and all their events, social engagement are impressive and I'm just thrilled to have this gem of an establishment here to patronize.“

“I recently visited with my brother and ordered a chopped cheese, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! The staff (Sal) showed so much hospitality and made me feel welcomed. As for the food—absolutely A1! The chopped cheese was perfectly seasoned and fresh, and every bite was delicious. Great stuff. And for an entree was ribs, brisket with sides of chili and salad. A came.with cornbread Everything was spectacular, one of the.best meals I have had. Bacon in the chili and the house dressing being bbq ranch were nice touches. My server Alison deserves a lot of credit too. Pleasant person, hard working, and made great suggestions when I asked. We had the tempura sushi, rigatoni with vodka sauce, bruschetta, and zucchini fries- all absolutely delicious and good sized portions! The amaretto sours we chose were delicious and generously sized. The fried ice cream dessert was very good. Their chef is terrific - the flavors of the dishes were mouthwatering. Highly recommend Bar Vegan!“
