“Placed an order in advance online but when it came time for delivery the driver couldn't reach me. The store manager even tried to reach me but for some reason the phone calls weren't coming through. When I called the store the manager communicated with the driver and was able to to get my order. I never have any problems with this store. My food is always hot and tasty. My food is always on time. I hope they keep up the good work!“

“I love the pizza here, especially on weekends. If I go mid week sometimes it’s not as good.

The service is a bit of a problem for me. While I like going, I frequently feel talked down to by the young women hosting/serving there. There is very little effort put into explaining the menu. I don’t drink, and I see a visible annoyance when we return the drink menu without an order. The person serving me food and pouring water is often a brown busboy. At this rate, I’d rather just put in my order myself. (I hope they tip out to the busboys and back of the house!)

The other day, for a very important occasion w a reservation & note, they made us wait 30 minutes, no apologies and nothing to make up for the wait. I used to go quite often and now feel weird about going.

The atmosphere is confusing. It’s super beautiful inside but the acoustics make it a bit hellish. Some of the worst people of the area get together, screaming loudly, or even talking- and you can’t hear yourself think. But that’s not rly the restaurants fault!“

“Been a Chrissy’s guy since the fun pop-up days, picking up late night pies at Chris’s house in BK, the times I lucked out in the unique “lottery” system to get a reservation for pick up lol. I miss those days, but so glad he got an actual store to showcase his pizza. All the pies are excellent with fresh ingredients, the best tomato sauce around and perfect crust. I love many, but my favorite is the new-havenish. That ignorant review that slammed the pie annoyed me, when it was prepared exactly as the reviewer admitted it was described!!! This pie is brilliance for those of us that love a tomato pie, but the stakes are raised with the briny delicious pecorino and Calabrian chili flake. Mozz does not go on this pie nor does it belong on it! Chrissy’s pies are out the door at about $40, but I don’t know the last even casual quality meal out in NYC that cost less than $50 - $60 per person at the minimum. Let me split a Chrissy’s pie with a friend for $20 each…have a beyond satisfying meal, and go to sleep happy. Keep doing what you’re doing brother!“

“Their Caesar slice is one of the best unconventional slices I've ever had. First of all, they don't reheat it, so if you're expecting a hot slice for this one you will have to wait for a fresh pie.

The slice stays completely upright, and this is key for the enjoyment of it. If the slice got soggy or floppy it would be a terrible experience. It doesn't taste like regular mozzarella on the pizza. Maybe they use a cheddar blend or something, but the choice of cheese compliments the tangy salad perfectly. They're also generous with the Parm.

Be wary when eating the Caesar slice, Parmesan cheese will fall off and possibly get on your clothes.

The other slice was the spicy vodka. Upon the first few bites this one didn't wow me like the Caesar, but towards the end I was appreciative of it. Just a solid slice, but I would likely try something different next time.

The interior is fantastic, it's unfussy but well thought out. Clearly a throwback with the patterned floor, red cups, and old school trash can. Booth and table seating. I really appreciated the self service water station which implies they care about people coming and dining in. The other amazing detail was a hand washing sink next to the trash can. No need to use the restroom after enjoying a greasy slice, and you can return to your day clean as a whistle.

The other slices looked just as inventive as the Caesar. Classic gimmick slices with a chef's touch.

Don't tell other people about this place. It would be ruined with a line out the door.“

“Ordered for the first time last night, they were super accommodating since we called at 8:45 and they close at 9:00…. They made us 5 pies and I’m was so appreciative. They were so nice and even recommended one which I absolutely loved (with potatoes!) we can’t wait to go back but to eat there so we get the Pizza Hut out of the oven! Amazing owners and such a delight to have in valley steam!! The owner explained the ingredients and concept to my husband and his friend. They can’t back telling us so about it!“

“Got the VCR 16 pie. The Cesar salad with chicken cutlet and parm garlic bread sticks. Pizza was definitely above average a smash between old world and modern style. Thin crust but not to thin. Bread sticks were classic the side garlic butter sauce is a nice complement.

The Cesar salad is as advertised incredible. 100% recommend. Dressing and cheese is perfect.
On 4 stars for service because they didnt have to go utensils at all, even when asked.

“The BEST Sicilian square sourdough pizza on the planet 🌎 their sauce is organic and phenomenal, the cheese is wonderful, olives and if you feel like it Add some sausage, and the yummiest pecorino Romano shreds just topped it off. The crispiest crust and So incredibly digestible, because it’s sourdough. Sourdough is fermented and your gut loves fermented food… Love their little gem lettuce salad with their homemade dressing. “I live in Franklin square. And I tried every pizza spot in the area and surrounding towns. I could never find a consistent solid regular slice with no flop. Nobody takes pride in pizza making anymore. Everybody seems to be focusing on specialty pies, rolls, pinwheels etc…. I just wanted a classic regular, crispy, tasty slice. And I finally found that here! I walked into the place as a stranger, and I left as a family member…. Eddie, the owner, was the nicest person I had ever met. I had my 40th birthday at Salsa Greenpoint and it was the perfect place for a pizza party :). The layout of the space was great, with plenty to seat and our own bathroom to access. The team was very accommodating with accepting deliveries and giving us time to decorate for the night.

The food was delicious and the unlimited food option for group parties was perfect! Everyone enjoyed the appetizers and pizzas, as well as the cannoli :)
