“Went in to get 3 treats and it was horrible the girls were not on point...the soft serve was given to us and it was not even ice cream it was almost like a shake filled with sprinkles..we asked the young girls what happened they just stared at eachother...then 1 girl said to the other, that something was wrong but the second girl hushed her up...we walked out but I said no this isn't ice-cream so I returned it another nasty attitude girl took the ice cream put it in the freezer for the next customer and made me a new cup of ice cream but threw it on the counter...the stupid person didn't even look at us and didn't speak she just went back to her phone..how they get these moronic ppl to work here is so cute...the ice cream was disgusting had no flavor like cold milk no vanilla so I threw it out a waste of money!!!!!!!! I think if there was an adult supervisor things would have been made better“

“Wow. Brand new, friendly, great business in a great neighborhood, Prospect Lefferts Garden. Would have been great if it was just good, but omg it is honestly the BEST ice cream I’ve had in Brooklyn. Awesome, creative new flavors every week. Yesterday’s was malted ice cream with chopped malted-milk balls. Also mint ice cream made with mint leaves. Another made with honey that also had some chili heat (forgot the name)—all amazing. Go now before you can’t get in.“

“I have a sweet tooth and couldn't wait to try this place. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted. Melanie served me, and she was nice. I tried a bunch of ice cream flavors, and I went with:

- Cookie au lait with brownie bites oreo chunk whipped cream
- Death by Chocolate Hot Chocolate (marshmallow fluff, Graham crackers, chocolate drizzle, and gold flakes)

I really loved the ice cream, and the hot coco was good but super sweet for the sweet lovers. All in all, I had a good experience!“

“Stumbled upon this gem with some friends. To my delight, this place is fantastic.

I got the strawberry gelato and decaf cappuccino, though i tried my friends’ vanilla gelato and starberry milkshake. All were superb. I was not expecting such high quality.

I am an ice cream and milkshake enthusiast — and this would rate as one of the best.

The owner is also very sweet.

“This has to be one of the best-named ice cream stores I have ever encountered: inviting, memorable, potent. Those adjectives apply to its ice creams, too, which come in all sorts of intriguing flavors. The consistency leans toward the icier end of the spectrum, but that is nice sometimes, refreshing. I went with fried apple pie, and I did not regret it. Intriguingly, all the ice cream was pre-scooped, which makes it easy to grab and go. I hope they expand. “I frequent this location often with my children because my toddler LOVES their pistachio ice cream. She convinced me to try it and it really is that good. My favorite from this store is the coffee ice cream. Hits everytime. The store is very small but always looks clean. There’s not much organization when it comes to the line so they usually just ask “who’s next”. All workers that I’ve interacted with have been pleasant. I’ve never had a negative interaction with a worker so I’d say their customer service is great.

“My family and I come here often and we've been lucky enough that most times Joshua is there. Joshua has amazing customer service. Joshua is soo welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable if you have ice cream questions. This location can get busy during the summer however, it never seems to fluster Joshua. Joshua is always cheerful, calm, and and lovely under the pressure. I've also noticed that Joshua always makes our ice cream with lots of care. I've been to other locations where that is not the case.

Recently, I came and met Bella who was there with Joshua. Bella is another great addition to the team and I'm looking forward to thr next time I see either of them.“

“I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. I highly recommend. You have options of toppings like cereal or chocolate chip or whipped topping etc and also for the type of syrup that you want on top .There are lots of toppings to choose from. I can’t wait to try them all?
