“Went in to get 3 treats and it was horrible the girls were not on point...the soft serve was given to us and it was not even ice cream it was almost like a shake filled with sprinkles..we asked the young girls what happened they just stared at eachother...then 1 girl said to the other, that something was wrong but the second girl hushed her up...we walked out but I said no this isn't ice-cream so I returned it another nasty attitude girl took the ice cream put it in the freezer for the next customer and made me a new cup of ice cream but threw it on the counter...the stupid person didn't even look at us and didn't speak she just went back to her phone..how they get these moronic ppl to work here is so cute...the ice cream was disgusting had no flavor like cold milk no vanilla so I threw it out a waste of money!!!!!!!! I think if there was an adult supervisor things would have been made better“

“Wow. Brand new, friendly, great business in a great neighborhood, Prospect Lefferts Garden. Would have been great if it was just good, but omg it is honestly the BEST ice cream I’ve had in Brooklyn. Awesome, creative new flavors every week. Yesterday’s was malted ice cream with chopped malted-milk balls. Also mint ice cream made with mint leaves. Another made with honey that also had some chili heat (forgot the name)—all amazing. Go now before you can’t get in.“

Our server Andi took care of us like we were in his home—he was so kind and really made the experience amazing. “This place is a hidden gem in Williamsburg! It’s such a cute and cozy spot for Gelato and smoothies. Coffees are also served. The gelato was delicious! Great music and atmosphere. They even have a vinyl player, which I briefly played with. They have plenty of seating indoors and outdoors.“

Most yogurt places around us only offer no sugar added, and are limited to one flavor if available. There also are sugar-free and gluten-free muffins. The scones are amazing. And there’s a bunch of frozen bagel options, cookies and brownies available. Plenty of toppings, for sugar-free they have chocolate chip chips and hot fudge. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating. While running in the park, my friend and I someone badly injured, she stayed with the injured person, while I sprinted to try and find a first aid supplies.. I ran to Uncle Louie’s like a madman (frantic and out of breath).. they didn’t hesitate or ask questions, they immediately brought out their first aid kit and gave me everything I needed.

“I frequent this location often with my children because my toddler LOVES their pistachio ice cream. She convinced me to try it and it really is that good. My favorite from this store is the coffee ice cream. Hits everytime. The store is very small but always looks clean. There’s not much organization when it comes to the line so they usually just ask “who’s next”. All workers that I’ve interacted with have been pleasant. I’ve never had a negative interaction with a worker so I’d say their customer service is great.

Parking: A lot of people double park. It’s paid metered parking and spots are usually taken.“

“This has to be one of the best-named ice cream stores I have ever encountered: inviting, memorable, potent. Those adjectives apply to its ice creams, too, which come in all sorts of intriguing flavors. The consistency leans toward the icier end of the spectrum, but that is nice sometimes, refreshing. I went with fried apple pie, and I did not regret it. Intriguingly, all the ice cream was pre-scooped, which makes it easy to grab and go. I hope they expand. “I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. I highly recommend. You have options of toppings like cereal or chocolate chip or whipped topping etc and also for the type of syrup that you want on top .There are lots of toppings to choose from. I can’t wait to try them all?

Then we tasted the fun and exciting sweet treat with fresh mango, tamarind candy, Tajin and delicious pineapple and delectable mango ice cream. “On Friday, an intimate and exclusive women’s group I’m part of decided to grab some ice cream after dinner. However, when we arrived, the shop was closed—even though Google listed their closing time as 10 PM.

A bit bummed, we started brainstorming backup plans when Ravo, an employee at the shop, kindly offered to let us in to purchase our ice cream. He was so helpful and patient, turning what could have been a disappointment into a sweet experience.

I ended up getting the cookies and cream, which was absolutely delicious. I also sampled the hazelnut flavor—amazingly delectable! I’ll definitely be back for it next time.
