“We were supposed to eat at another restaurant, Anny, but when we got there, they informed us that they would only accept cash. Yet there was no ATM. We started walking on 116th, looking for an ATM. Instead, we found this place to eat. It's a buffet style place with only one booth style table. The best thing was that the food was good and the price was right.“

I said I wanted to be outside, have great food, and be in a place where we could have a conversation without having to shout across the table - and My Moon hit the ball out of the park.

I almost don't want to write this review because it is one of the few hidden gems left in Williamsburg, but I had such a wonderful experience I want to pay it forward. You step off of 10th into the most beautiful oasis garden patio (I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures of it!), we sat in the partially covered patio, which was great as the wind picked up. It literally felt like an oasis.

We opted for tapas (patatas bravas, octopus, croquettes de jamón, and a salad) and a bottle of wine to share. The food came out quickly, was delicious, and the service was great. The staff surprised us with the chocolate lava cake when we finished - I think a little bird told them it was my birthday 😂😂

Overall 12/10 will absolutely go again, it's already my list to take family when they come visit.“

“Way better than I was expecting. I ordered from “Kin House” and got some veggie lo mein and wings that were both pretty good! The green beans needed to be cooked more but once I threw them on the cast iron it was great! I definitely will try another of the “ wonder restaurants” on the app.“

The waitress Leilany was awesome and knowledgeable. I had the lunch special and the chicken mofongo and cheese empanadas were delicious, and I washed it all down with a thirst quenching midday rum punch.“

“i order from here often and their food is so good & it’s halal! everything i’ve eaten from here has tasted fresh & well seasoned. They close around 2 am and always add new stuff/combos to the menu. Just picked this up before they closed. They are also very nice & have always had great manners. Me & my dad go here all the time lol“

But the chicken, corn and cheese empanada was amazing. Very delicious
The cassava cheese circular thing was amazing as well the arepa. They both have slight sweet taste to them and it’s very good.
I got 4 items and drink for around $15 only, pretty good price as well

“This was another happy discovery, and a nice place to stop in for old-fashioned Spanish comfort food. My favorite dish from here is the garlic chicken with rice and beans, as well as the fresh juices. One can make a dish off of the snack foods and smaller dishes by themselves; the standard rice platter that came with the aforementioned chicken lasted me for a few days, there was so much. They also have a wide variety of breakfast dishes and don't mind customizing them as needed.“

Staff is friendly, greets you immediately, and always taking their time to make sure your order is taken correctly. The women here are stunning as well?... they never skimp on their portions, and the quality of the food is always on point. I like the fact that the food is on display, and you can see the food being prepared right in front of you. The atmosphere is very clean, very inviting and has a sense of a home feeling in the sitting area. Did i mention the women are stunning?. “I have been eating from here for literal years! My dad introduced me to their food about 10 years ago and I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet.

The food here is consistently flavorful, fresh, and made with love. It doesn’t matter if I eat in the restaurant or order takeout the food here is always a 10/10! My go to order is the Grilled Shrimp Scampi ( Camarones ) with garlic sauce and white rice with beans. My fiancé always orders their Pernil with rice and beans.

If you are thinking of getting food from here, do it! The staff is super friendly and the food is as good as it looks!“

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp so that a person in a wheelchair or other device that supports walking has the accessibility of being able to enter the premises without major difficulties.“
