“I’ve tried the 3 pizza places in the Rosendale, Stone Ridge area. I’ve shared my experiences at Tosco’s and Benny’s. Now in my opinion the best in the area is Antonio’s. They maybe a bit pricier on some items, but the service and quality of their food is worth the price. Pizza is consistent never burnt or under cooked.“

Our food was delicious - with the exception of my dad’s soup which he said tasted like it was from a can. Pizza, calzones & subs were all excellent! Does not serve alcohol & is counter service. “My friends and I visited Brooklyn Cider House on a snowy Saturday, which was lovely because we were the only ones there upon arriving. The indoor area has a good amount of seating to accommodate visitors, and there's also items for sale lining the walls including snacks, drinks, etc. We all opted for flights, but their machine had an issue processing card payments likely due to the snowstorm. We were still able to place orders and pay later on once the issue was resolved. The dry flight was okay, the sweet flight was a little better. I wanted to order a particular one on tap, but it seemed they had a very minimal selection available for those. It would be nice if there were more tap options, as that form is always the best for ciders. It's worth stopping in if you're planning on hanging around New Paltz, but I wouldn't make an entire trip there for the cidery.“
“Stopped in last minute for Valentine's Day. And we got a great split pizza that wasn't even on the menu. My half was breaded eggplant, and her side was fresh garlic, onion broccoli. “We went for dinner on a Monday, it was pretty quiet but it was early. Everything was excellent. We got the scallop appetizer, French onion soup, ribeye, and chicken parm. The steak was cooked perfectly, I think the mashed potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had. But most importantly, get the Coquilles St Jacques. My gosh it was so so good. Make sure you get some bread to soak up that sauce. We’ve been meaning to come for ages, and finally made it. We’ll be back. Service was great, both the waiter (JJ) and chef Jordan were friendly and welcoming.“
“I love Ollie’s! I get the gluten free grandma which is a deep dish pizza, almost like focaccia pizza crust. Their sauce is delicious and the crust is great for gluten free. One pizza provides my partner and I with two meals each. I also like their Cesar salad - comes with plenty of dressing which I appreciate. The staff is wonderful and the quality of the food is seriously amazing, and the margarita pie is on par with what you will find in Napoli. I also love the white and grandma pies. We're vegetarian and have no problem stuffing our faces. I have NEVER called a pizza place and been told the wait was only 10 minutes. For sure is one of the top places in new paltz for pizza. They even let you get single garlic knots, and don’t make you order them in sets, which is dope. My only complaint is that the garlic knots are literally just little rolls covered in raw garlic- im talking COVERED in raw garlic. As a garlic lover, it was even too much for me. Did I eat them all? “Savona's has several locations. The one I am reviewing is on Morton Blvd. I do occasionally stop in for a quick pie for a last minute dinner option. As all restaurants have lately, the prices have risen quite a bit. The pizza is ok. Like I said...its a last minute option for me. It is not the place I plan to dine in for an evening. Back to Owner & her daughter, another Beauty! I'm beginning again. Hi. I met angels today! Yes I did! They Are Real. Yup! She took some thoughtfulness, kindness & generosity from her heart & soon, my doorbell rings. Yup. I met her daughter next. I didn't know! I called her mom, "My angel!" I don't like how people throw around 5 stars these days (seems like it's either 1 or 5 - no in between). I'm leaving 5 because this is the closest thing to NYC pizza in New Paltz.
