“A good place to get a bagel, muffin, some lunch salads, etc. Lots of other goodies as well. A very popular place, you usually have a wait but it's short. Would like to see a redesign of where to order and pay as it's all crammed into one space. Other than that, you'll enjoy whatever you get there.“

“Mamaroneck location: the best bagel in the Westchester Sound Shore area since H&R closed in New Rochelle a couple of years ago - sorry New Ro, Eastchester, Larchmont, and Ryebrook, Brooklyn bagels in Mamaroneck makes a better bagel, their service is AA++, great location, and great atmosphere.“

“I really liked PopUp Bagels! I will say it wasn't what I was completely expecting so just know before you go that if you want butter or cream cheese or any of those add on's you have to buy their tiny tubs of them so I opted to only get one. They are incredibly fresh, you just go to the side window and they give them to you fresh out of the oven. The bagels were great!“

“This neighborhood deli is packed with character and options. I ordered a classic lox and scallion cream cheese—fresh, briny, and generously portioned. The scallion cream cheese had the perfect tang and herbal kick, complementing the lox beautifully. I also grabbed a cup of their Oreo pudding—rich, sweet, and creamy without being overly heavy. A nostalgic treat done right.

“I visited this place while driving through Pelham and it’s such a nice local spot for a quick dinner / deli bite or bagel. The owner is so hospitable and you can tell he cares for his customers. A lot of regulars were coming in and out so you can tell the food has to be worth coming back for. “Perfect location with a municipal parking lot next to the cafe. GCBC bagels are as close to the bagels I grew up eating in Forest Hills. They are soft but slightly chewy. Perfect texture! When I go early in the morning after they've taken them out of the oven, I don't even ask them to toast it. Sometimes I have to wait in line because they're busy but that's a good sign. There are regulars who come every morning and read newspapers while having their bagels. It's a neighborly place with excellent bagels.“

I didn't rate the atmosphere because it's not really a full service restaurant but more a place where you sit and eat your food or take it out as well. But I did give 5 stars to the service because they are incredible and that definitely adds to the atmosphere of Long Island Bagel Cafe.“

I’ve been a customer here for a couple years now and I’ve never been disappointed with my orders.The ladies who work there make my day with how happy they look to see me and chat with me. Cash only definitely makes it less convenient, but they’ve got an ATM right there and it’s worth the minor trouble. Anyone who says the food is pricey has no clue what they’re talking about - average sandwich is like 7-8 dollars. That’s far cheaper than what you’d get in NYC which is like 20 minutes away, especially for the quality. I’ve only sat to eat a couple times, but it’s about what you’d expect from a small bagel place. It’s not the best for a proper sit down meal, but it feels cozy in there and I’ve struck up conversations with other customers a few times. All in all, this place is a must try, you’ll get addicted to those bagels, they must have some secret formula.“
