“100 percent the best BBQ by far. Their brisket is the best I ever had and their ribs ARE AMAZING!!! The owner is probably one of the most humble sweetest humans we ever met . Always talks to us when we come in and always remembers our family. I highly recommend the brisket with the Smokey sauce. Macaroni salad and the peanut butter infused ice cream!“

I’ve had family be told you can use a gift card at either location and I have been told it must be used where it was purchased? My parents bought a gift card at the Albany location for my wife and I. The back of the card had Saratoga on it. Thankfully, we presented the gift card receipt after being told we could only use it in Saratoga when the receipt showed it was purchased in Albany. Thankfully, the server and the manager didn’t give up on the situation and were able to manually enter the card number in despite the magnetic strip on the card not working. Bravo to them! However, the only gift cards you are able to purchase in Albany say Saratoga on the back. So if you have a gift card, you better bring a gift card receipt or you may not be able to use it. I hope you guys look at the policy. My only negative. Other than that sushi is fresh and quick and great service !“

“I attended Skidmore from 1978-1982. Compared to what it was like back then, the dining hall is far and away a 5! It's a massacre. Those giving low ratings have no idea what college dining halls were once like, even at high-priced schools. It's been a huge change that has greatly benefited the younger generations. Be appreciative. If you had to eat the way we used to have to, you would probably be traumatized.It's interesting how it's possible to rate individual buildings on Skidmore campus and not just Skidmore itself.“

“It's my go to grocery store. For items you can find at Hannaford or Market 32, I think you pay a little more, but there's a lot you can't find in most other stores that make it worth the visit. I appreciate the wide selection of yogurts, the cereals I have trouble finding elsewhere, and most of all the bulk commodity offerings. I get my nuts, my tea, my rice and other grains, and my kombucha all from bulk or tap. It has more than you think! If you like exploring grocery stores, give it a look.“

He made sure we were comfy at all times and was super attentive despite being the only one working in the dining area at the time. My wife and I felt so welcome and appreciated. We came for restaurant week ($35 3 course meal/ person) during our anniversary weekend, and we both enjoyed churro sundaes for dessert, preceded by our entrees (butternut squash tortellini, beer braised short rib) and appetizers (apple pumpkin bisque, maple pulled pork sliders). But Only ONE coffee dispenser was available?!?! There were several open slots for various coffees yet only the one for Dark Roast was in place AND we ate inside and no other dispensers were replaced during our visit.. so if you wanted decaf it simply was unavailable..“
