As anticipated the mussels were large and tender.. swimming in a wonderfully flavored sauce, great for dipping the toasted bread. And the pear salad was delicious.. “On a beautiful October Sunday I took two friends out to Brunch. We were all really taken with the drinks first of all. They were delicious and interesting..even ordered a second one! The food is very very good. I had a Truffle omelet that was done to perfection and served with truffle fries and a salad that is reminiscent of French salad...simply and perfectly dressed. There is a reason why this restaurant has a strong following!!“

“I attended a surprise party this Saturday evening. The cuisine was preselected, waiter service was excellent, should receive raises. The table arrangement was very poor. The party was downstairs in one of the private rooms. We were 25 people at one very long table, basically the length of the room, which made it difficult for guests to get around the seated persons at the head of the table on either side. Having two tables would have been a better arrangement, but one long table was not conducive for conversation since we were so far from the other end of the table. The food; not many complaints, I really didn’t have a problem. I didn’t have a lot of food, but it was delicious. The dessert, sorry not very good. Those Famous Crepes(palacinkes) sorry not that great. A lot of crepe and not a lot of filling. The dish was served with fruit, unfortunately this fruit was not in season, so the watermelon although it added color to the dish, upon tasting it, left much to be desired. Why not serve fruit that is in season? No offense to my party hosts who selected my menu for the evening, it didn’t lend itself to the 5 Star Reputation of Dubrovnik’s. I would like to make reservations and splurge on a dinner on my own, I have a feeling I would LOVE the experience! Btw, another plus was the parking!“

“My experience at Allegria Ristorante involved attentive, courteous and friendly waitstaff, a clean and well designed environment, and food that was superb. My friend and I both had the minestrone soup and the fennel salad with shrimp, expertly prepared and perfectly seasoned. Capping off our experience, our reservation was intentionally set for 6:30 PM - in August 2024, Saturday dnnertime entertainment is jazz standards in chord melody form expertly played by Raphael Silverman on a gorgeous Gibson Johnny Smith archtop guitar through a Henrikson Bud Six amp. Nice clean tone comes through very well in this setting .“

She had thoughtful recommendations, made sure we were well taken care of exudes pure joy! Even the servers and gentleman who cleared the table were all professional. One of the filets the 8 oz one was a bit overdone and not pink as ordered. The two 11 oz filets were pink inside exactly as ordered.“

“The experience was great thanks to Jeff. I needed help finding a macallan lumina whiskey which is hard to find unless it was on a cruise or duty-free shop. The process was easy by calling in to see if they have it in stock and to order it. They packaged it nicely and had no problem picking it up a month after the purchase. “The place is nice with great ambience people go there to do their work and relax the coffee is great but I didn't rank the food because I only went in for a cup of coffee and left to take the train one of these days I'll go there for a bite to eat and rate the food plus they supposedly have a craft beer menu gotta try that. But every time I pass by this place there is always people in there and sometimes they have some story telling events.“
