“I’ve lived near scottsville for my entire life, and we order from marks probably twice a month, and the manager always grabs my pizza as soon as he sees me enter the door, doesn’t even need my name. Tonight I pulled into my spot and was responding to a text someone had sent me before getting out to go inside, when suddenly he was at my window with my pizza. Talk about curbside delivery! Always great customer service. Even in the big evening rushes I know I’m always taken care of as a regular.“

“Here's the thing to know about Salvatore's... Not all Salvatore's are created equal. The Spencerport location for example is disappointing with poorer quality food and service. This location (Scottsville) has always been consistently good. Not a ton of options in Scottsville, but this is a solid win. Their Daily Specials are a good value.“

“We drive 45 minutes for dinner every couple of weeks or as often as we can and it’s always worth it. There’s nothing bad on the menu. The wings are our favorite, the chicken salad is my 7 year old daughter’s go to. the subs, the cheeseburger plates, the pizza, all the condiments and sauces-just try it all. “Finally went today after hearing amazing things about the gluten free menu. It did NOT disappoint! The only thing better than the food was the incredible staff who ensured everything was safe for my celiac girls and made them feel so comfortable and confident ordering! The portions were huge and so delicious- it was hard to believe they were gluten free! If you have the chance, get the cinnamon buns- they are beyond decadent. Yum!“

“I had a review show up on my page a while ago. I followed up by following their page on FB. Today I couldn't put it off any longer "A LARGE CHEESE PIZZA FOR $12.00" are you kidding me. typically I like to add some toppings when ordering a pizza but I wanted to see what the bare bones have to say and by the way when they say large they mean it. It reminded me of the way it used to be instead of the large size other shops typically offer today which don't come close. I went to pick it up and when I entered the shop it immediately presented a very nice "Vibe". There were several pizzas ready with a variety of toppings for purchase by the slice. The room smelled amazing. The environment is welcoming and clean. I spoke with the woman at the counter who may have been the owner and I meant to ask but was engaged with other questions since it was my first visit. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was so flavorful I truly did not miss having other toppings added, although I am anxious to try them with my next order. As a result, I ate more than I should have and had to force myself to stop. Still we all know how nice it is to have some leftover for later. If you have not tried them yet, don't hesitate. I also notice so many other great items on their menu. Oh well so much for my weight goals.“

“I ordered the Buffalo Bills pizza for the playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. First off, they contacted me when the game was rescheduled and offered accommodations so that I could get the pizza and bake it myself as they weren’t open on Monday when the game would be played. THEN called back again to let me know they were going to open on Monday after all and scheduled a time for me to pick up my pizza. Awesome customer service and only outdone by the delicious pizza!! “Churchville Pontillos is always our go-to pizza place. They have AMAZING pizza, and are always friendly and accommodating.Tonight, though, they went above and beyond! I asked for a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day, and not only did they deliver, they even through in a Valentine on the inside of the box! Little things like this show how much they truly care and put their heart into these amazingly delicious pizzas! Not to mention, it was delicious as always!“

“I need to make you aware of a wonderful diamond in the rough on Rochester’s west side. My wife and I visited this quaint Lower Manhattan style eatery with my brother-in-law and his wife. This unassuming place from the outside pleasantly surprises once you enter with its quaint bar area, blacked out ceiling and twin open kitchen stations. First litmus test is the quality of bread with a full complement of spices to prep your own dipping oil. Check! Special of the day, Seared Halibut on a bed of risotto, didn’t disappoint, nor did my samples of homemade Rigatoni à la Bolognese (just like Mom’s Sunday sauce) or the Chicken Milanese! Completed the meal with an ample slice of homemade Ricotta Cheesecake with Berry Compote. The owner checked in with us several times. The table service was perfect. The glass enclosed wine cellar in the middle of the dining area completed an impressive ambience and dining experience. Run don’t walk to this most pleasant gastro treat!“

“Visited Strangebird today. And the atmosphere is great! Full service bar. Or tables available for larger groups. The food amazing. Our bartender Dee was epic!! Had the smoked pork sandwich with coleslaw on it. A phenomenal pairing Tried the bbq spaghetti which nearly blew me outta my seat!!! The bbq sauce was epic! @strangebird you need to shrink the size of the bbq spaghetti to a fries size and server them with the handhelds in place of French fries with that bbq sauce. Cuz heck yes! That bbq sauce on the side as a dipper 🤩🤩🤩. Great job to the staff. Bigger vehicles might wanna park on the street. If it’s busy, the parking lot is very narrow.“

“There was a time where my fiance and I were very hungry. We were eating out of food pantries, and eventually I got sick and developed diabetes. My fiance managed to get tomatoes and cabbage, but I begged for salad. He walked severalmiles to get here. He told them a bit about our story and they made the best Greek salad I've ever had. We got on our feet, and if we ever get takeout- I insist we go here. 3 years later.
The wings are better than Buffalo's. I only moved here from Buffalo like 4 years ago. I honestly haven't been able to find comparable wings to this place. They're huge, juicy, and perfectly prepared. Honestly they're better then Buffalo's wings in my opinion.
It's a family business, and the owner and his family are wonderful people.
Everything I've ever ordered from them has been perfect. If you call them- they respond. They are the definition of a family business. Their food is amazing.
Give this place a try if you never have. They're well worth it!

“Late night arrival into Rochester on a Tuesday evening and I chanced upon Branca Midtown via Resy. We took a chance and I am so so glad we did. This place was divine. The host and the servers were impeccable. Sassy, funny, and attentive to a T, we were incredibly impressed and immediately relaxed with the atmosphere and the people. The ricotta appetizer was incredibly and reminded me of a favorite dish in Florence Italy, and the swordfish was perfection. Drinks were delicious, so thank you to the obviously talented bartender, as those were very much needed after our long drive. We will definitely make a point of stopping back then next time we are in town.“

“Been patronizing this location for about 15 years. The Pizza is Always consistent as it’s the only thing we order. Haven’t tried any of the other menu options but they do look good. Dough is house made which makes it a real pie . The owner is Justin and he’s really nice. If you order the pizza no matter the toppings, you won’t be disappointed. Great flavor and filling. “Had an issue with the Honeoye fall Location tonight put in information they have my pizza delivered to the house, but their computer auto generated it to an old address went back-and-forth with the HFL store telling me I could have a pizza that was 40 minutes old and it was too late for them to make a new one they said my pizza was out for delivery to the wrong address that they had on file but my email says different and then I called the store 40 minutes after my pizza was out for delivery and they told me it was still sitting there. I could come pick it up. I asked them to remake it because I put my information incorrectly. They told me it was not Their problem and it falls on me and that there was nothing they were gonna do other than refund my money which they did.
I immediately called the Avon location and they went above and beyond staying open late past their time of operating hours to make me a fresh pizza as long as I could go there and pick it up. This store has earned a lot of respect from me as a customer they have on location did not have to do what they did but they went the extra mile and they made sure that I was taken care of as a customer. The food was excellent. It was fresh. It was hot, friendly conversation and stayed open past business hours just make sure customer is taken care of. I can’t say enough good things Thank you. To this location and the team members that you have there by far compared to what I’ve been dealing with an HFL, my business will only come to this store going forward“
