“This place is so nice and the guy they had out front was awesome. Very friendly and good at making conversation that was appropriate for the situation. As soon as we walked in I could smell how good this place was going to be. The overall atmosphere was a really nice mix of casual and more upscale. Very nice seating arrangements and I loved the nice blue fake fire place. I would definitely recommend them. We also went during a time when it was not very busy about 4pm yet there were still a handful of tables full despite the unpopular time.“

“4.5 stars. This is the NY style pizza i was looking for. I can’t say that I have a favorite place since not every place serves the exact same pizza the same way every time. I could probably go back on another day and not have the same quality. But for right now in the Albany area this is in my top three. The evening I went to get a study break and grab some slices of pizza while reading reminded me of my time in Brooklyn when I could get out of work, walk up the street to the takeout window and get a couple slices with garlic knots and finish them by the time I got to the grocery store. This was the flavor, this was the taste. A half a star removed since I wish the back crust, the part you hold, had just a little bit more flavor.“

“I heard amazing things about Marisa’s so we finally tried it for the first time. We were originally going to get slices, but when we first walked in, there was no place to sit and have a slice. We would’ve had to sit in our car. The kitchen staff were not friendly, looked pretty miserable and had an attitude when we asked questions. Maybe it was the heat. It was a pretty hot day, but we decided to go into the dining room and sat at a high top by the bar because the dining room was rather small and they had reservations. Not a problem. The food was excellent. The bartender who was the waitress was so nice and personable. She provided a great service. She was attentive and very timely. My husband and I both ordered our own personal pizza which was a good size, we ordered the homemade mozzarella sticks and I had a house salad. Love the food! It was great. Our bill came to $60. “They have 4 vegan pizzas and 2 vegan appetizers (mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers). I had the appetizers and both the vegan Florentine and vegan Fra Diavolo pizzas. Highly recommend to grab the pizza to the Albany Distillery Company and grab some drinks too!“

“All in the Family is an unassuming pizza shop that has a small shop feel to it. There wasn’t much by way of a menu, but there were a several pies by the slice to choose from (2 veggie, 2 chicken, cheese, and pepperoni) and lots of tasty looking cupcakes. I got a slice of veggie which had spinach, broccoli and tomato with what seemed like an olive oil base. The slice surpassed my expectations! The dough was a perfect New York style thin with a little crispiness and chewiness once you got to the crust and blistered just right. It wasn’t soggy at all, which I was impressed with, given all the water that usually seeps out from veggie toppings. Using an oil base was a good choice on that front. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick affordable slice! The person at the counter was also friendly and courteous. No picture because it was too good to wait 😋“

The green and beans is the best , momma Rosie’s fish is excellent, the meatballs are the best in the state I’ve eaten everywhere there great some special thing they do , the greens and beans and sausage pizza is great everything there is great especially the hospitality anyone knows Joe he’s the best person you’ll ever meet .
