“They know me on a first name basis. The food is all freshly prepared. If they don’t have something and you ask for it they will order it for you. Most bodegas don’t use Boars head meats or mayo. They use Hellmans and boars head which is the same. I go by many bodegas to get to this one and it is well worth it. And I am disabled and they have access for me to go right in the store. They treat you like family“

“This is a review specifically about the Ikura don. I love ikura so was super happy to see that they have ikura don on the menu! I also got the chirashi don, which was great. But as for the ikura... why is it so sweet? The ikura is marinated in a very SWEET sauce.... that I could hardly taste the special taste of the ikura itself. I just wanted to let the management know that that marinade sauce for the ikura is WAY too sweet!! Please highlight the taste of the ikura itself. 🙏🙏🙏“

“Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. “Juqi was a nice dining experience. Most of the dishes when served were presented in a way to elevate one's dining experience. I was there for a birthday dinner and we were seated in a room. The table felt small at first but the waitstaff knew what to do that it never felt too crowded. Besides the food being good the waitstaff were consistent with changing plates and bringing the next course. Some of the dishes that stood out was the beef and tomato soup, the duck, the black rice that is set on fire (the aroma was pleasing where you're not sure what ingredients were put in) The soups were presented in a small ceramic bowl and tea lights were put underneath to keep it warm. This was a set menu and because there was a lot of food it was hard to keep track. Overall a good dinner out and a nice place for all group sizes to celebrate a special occasion or just a nice evening out.“

Think house-maf fermented salsa, truffle fries, perfectly cooked burger with high quality/well sourced meat, the best (ricotta) pancakes you've ever had, fun cocktails and mocktails too! I’ve been so disappointed with grocery stores for the past few years, even organic is tasteless or never reaches ripeness and with a baby, I do not have the time to go to farmers markets. I got my first order delivered today and I was so blown away by the quality and freshness of the produce. I could smell the strawberries almost from the next room, the nectarines were beautifully ripe and full of flavor. The cheese was delicious.

I can’t wait to try everything else I bought! This time was just a test order but I absolutely will be buying all of my produce and dairy from Farm to People from now on. And half of the money goes directly to the farmers?! Seriously, what’s not to love. Finally I can feed my family some REAL, good food.“

“We woke up early on a snowy Sunday and changed our plans because of the weather, so we decided to look for a breakfast spot instead. We had passed this place many times, and since it had great reviews, we finally decided to give it a try. What a great decision.

Any review that says the food is bland must be biased, because this was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. The whipped cream tasted like it was freshly made. The whiskey pancakes were incredibly flavorful, with perfectly spiced raisins and apple slices mixed right in. The Hungry Farmer’s plate—with eggs, cheese, bacon, and sausage all together—was like a circus in your mouth.

This will definitely be our new go-to breakfast place when we want to splurge a little. The prices are basically the same as a diner, so why go to a crappy diner when you can eat at such a pretty, spacious restaurant?“

It’s always fun to take the ferry across from Manhattan to the Pepsi Cola Sign and walk a couple of blocks. The shell was cooked to perfection while the inside was a treat of flavors that was heavenly. The Silpancho had such great flavor. So authentic with the Carne lightly breaded and seasoned with the flavorful Zarza and a beet, carrot and vegetable salsa that complimented the egg and potato. “I came here because of their amazing 4.9 rating on Google Maps, however, I was not amazed by their food. I got curry puffs to start my dinner. The puffs were nice and flavorful. The outside was light and flaky, and the insides were well seasoned with nice texture. The sauce came with was too sweet to my liking. Personally I prefer eating it as it is. I pad see ew with shrimp and added beef($5). The flavor was nice and the shrimp was fresh and clean. However, the beef wasn’t so good especially when I paid $5 extra for them. It was too dry and chewy.
Overall, it’s a standard Thai restaurant. The food was nice but nothing special about it.“

We especially especially enjoyed the set menu with the beef stomach & duck that came out with some delicious complimentary sides like steamed eggs & soup. Delicious banchan and amazing service.
