“Our experience with The North Fork Table & Inn was a bit of a rollercoaster. Throughout the seven months of planning our wedding, communication was unfortunately inconsistent and, at times, quite unprofessional. The process often felt frustrating and unclear, which made what should have been an exciting time far more stressful than anticipated.
That said, toward the end of the planning process, Kate the event manager and Marc property manager truly turned things around. Their involvement brought a noticeable change — they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure our day went smoothly.
In the end, everything came together beautifully. The event itself was executed flawlessly, the food was absolutely exceptional, and our guests could not stop complimenting the meal and the overall experience.
While the journey to get there was challenging, the final result was undeniably worth it. We’re grateful that the day turned out as wonderful as it did.“

“Wonderful first time dining here!“
“Greenport Distilling and Bar is no longer in Greenport. It has recently reopened on the site of One Woman Winery at 5195 Old North Road in Southold. In addition to great cocktails based on their own gin, vodka and bourbon, you can also opt for a variety of One Woman wines.
They are open every day except Tuesday from 11:30AM to 6:00PM. On Fridays, they stay open for Jazz Night from 6:00 to 9:00.
The musicians vary from week to week but they have all been good. What does not vary is the quality of the cocktails, wines and delicious snacks. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The newly renovated barn provides an impressive and comfortable environment to relax and enjoy.“

“This place is very warm and cozy. Loved the fireplace. Its darker inside for my liking. The food absolutely delicious with good portion sizes for the price. Unfortunately, you cannot order single slices for the pizza so I didn’t try it. The garlic knot was very different, but still good. We tried ordering dessert but were told kitchen was closed and only could get ice cream and it was still fairly early before closing time. Overall it was a good experience.“
“Best dirty martini I have had in a looooong time. It was smooth and you can taste the gin, vermouth, and olives perfectly. They have a bunch of beers on tap and even bottles of liquor I’ve never heard of.
Our bartenders name was Sil (I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) and he was AMAZING. Initially we went in for drinks but after I saw someone eating a dinner, we had to order something. We are so glad we did. We got the spicy wings and a basket of fries. The fries brought me nostalgia of my favorite bar that is no longer, Longbow. The wings were slamming. If I hadn’t eaten prior, I probably would have ordered another order wings. They were also the best I have had in a while. A perfect crunch and the seasoning was great too. They actually had a nice kick to them. The menu is pretty small compared to other bars BUT it’s worth to order something.
The atmosphere was the best. Good music, perfect lighting, and that feeling of “home”. It definitely is a locals place up until a certain time. They have a pool table and a couple of other pay to play games.
We are definitely going to be going back.“

“Had lunch today as first time visitors with my family of 5 (3 young kids). We had the best experience! Our waitress was so friendly and attentive! She might be our favorite waitress ever. She gave the kids activities and toys to keep them busy. The food was great and the dessert with candle for my daughter’s 5th birthday put our experience over the top. Brownie sundae was fantastic! We can’t wait to go back. So happy we found this spot.“
“enjoyed a delicious dinner, great service by Sandra but did not like the staffs attire. Felt like I was in a barn or stable“
“We decided to head over to grab a cocktail ? after dinner. The Black Llama is in Stirling Square. This lounge is situated in the same square of the 1948 pizzeria, American Beach Hotel and Restaurant and the Tree bar. The evening was absolutely perfect. We went on a Friday night and it was a good mix of people at each place I mentioned. The Black Llama had a DJ playing music ?. I enjoyed it. I believe the type of music the DJ was playing is Electronic Dance Music - EDM. The drink menu is unique which is what I expected at this lounge bar. The waiter was super helpful and offered up suggestions. A relaxed atmosphere. We sat outside but I took a look at the inside and it looked great. Our cocktails were delicious. Also, for those who might not want alcohol, they do mocktails. I will go back ! It is a special spot.“

“very nice experience! we were a group of 8 who had a reservation for 4 pm but were early in Greenport so we decided to see if they could accomodate us earlier. And they did! thing that stood out was the great service! Our server Nicole was very upbeat, friendly and efficient. So were the others, the hostess, etc. who made it seem they were happy to work there. Food was OK and we were a bit disappointed because the band that was supposed to play canceled so there was no live music. But the service made it a very gratifying experience. looking forward to next time.“
