“This is a great Dunkin. They had a great grasp of everything that needs to be done to keep it movin'

Starting to see the new tap system in many upgraded Dunkin locations and this is one of them. They seem to be doing some lite renovations and upgrades and it's looking good. This location also has a modest parking lot and shares the lot with several retailers. Overall, when I need a quick shot of espresso and I'm in this area, this is a great spot.“

“Came in early a.m., walked in to a bright and energetic atmosphere. Greeted by the cashier I gave my order. 1 Coffee and 6 donuts, not only was the price right; the donuts were phenomenal. I was unsure of what to get but they were patient with me lol I am a bit of a coffee snob and this was one of the best I’ve had. I’m always weary going into new territory (my own bs) but this was a delightful encounter for sure. I will absolutely be returning (with my children) as they could not get enough of the donuts. “To be fair I've been going here for most of my life. I will not claim that I am well versed in Jewish bakeries, but I will claim that this place is splendid, and that I am a gent that knows good food. I love the rugelach and the linzer cookies especially, but I've bought multiple other pastries they've made over the years , too. The black and white cookies are also quite fresh and delicious as well. It almost goes without saying that the challah bread is phenomenal, as I always end up buying a few loaves fairly often . I buy fairly large amounts of their stuff every time I go, which is the only reason I put so high on the spend per person . The place is big with fresh goods lining every wall, so bring some friends and treat yourselves.“

“Yummmm live about 30 mins away and when they came they were still warm. We got. The Half&Half. Mozzarella & hotdog. All encrusted in the crunchiest little bite size potatoes. We also got two of the original. Yum. And of course we had to have the mochi donuts..flavors we had were Oreo strawberry (2) and a rainbow. 10 out of 10. “The Dunkin’ at hillside near to Bank of America is really a good place to visit for your breakfast fast and coffee. I liked the people over there. It’s bit congested inside for dine in, but ok manageable. I had been there many times and they never compromised on quality of food and service. A recommend this Dunkin’ to everyone“

“Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. “This is my go to spot in the mornings when I’m going to work. I stop by there to get my coffee Monday through Friday’s. Kriti and her manager Karan are the best. Customer service is the best anywhere. I don’t go on Friday’s because they are not thier. But none the less best place to get a quick cup of coffee. I always get by double double. They know once I park my car. Awesome customer service and really good coffee.“

“⭐ Dunkin’ at 1 Glen Cove Road in Greenvale – My Take

This Dunkin’ is super convenient, especially being right near Harbor Hill School. I’ve stopped in a few times when I’m in the area—either for a quick coffee or something on the go.

The location is easy to find, but the parking lot can get tight, especially during the morning rush. You might have to wait a bit for a spot, which can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry.

Inside, the store is on the smaller side. It’s really set up more for quick grabs than for hanging out, but it’s always been clean when I’ve gone in. Service has been hit or miss depending on the day—some staff are friendly and fast, while other times the energy feels a little low and the orders might not come out quite right.

Food and drinks are standard Dunkin’. Most of the time my coffee is spot on, and the breakfast sandwiches are decent. I’ve had a couple off days with stale donuts or a drink made wrong, but nothing major. Just depends on who’s working and how busy it is.

Overall, I’d give this spot a solid 3.9 out of 5. It does the job when you need a caffeine fix or a bite, especially if you’re already nearby. Just don’t count on it for a relaxing sit-down coffee—this is more of a grab-and-go kind of place.“

“Tim Hortons was a first time experience for me and it was decent . I took advantage of the 2 for 1 on the sandwiches and the Little donuts . They were actually good . They made my coffee to my liking and that’s a win for me . Try them it’s a better alternative than Dunkin’ Donuts 👍🏾.“

“I like to read the other reviews before posting. Many low reviews complained about the service, but I'm posting this review because I've always had great service. After only a few times coming to this location the staff (a woman) knew my order. Nobody has ever messed up my order and I've never had to wait an excessive amount. I come here for breakfast food, coffee, tea, and the occasional donut. I would recommend this location. I feel like the employees care about the customers.“

“The ladies in the morning are always pleasant. My mobile orders are 99% correct and everything is made on time. No complaints.
If I was someone that wanted to sit and stay in a dunkin for a few hours this one has limited seating and is rather small so I'd go to a different one (There's one a block a away and one in the village). Parking can be rough at times.“

“We ordered through the app along the way a few times and this Dunkin had fresh munchkins every time we go. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our order was late one time and they were very apologetic and compensated us for the wait. We only waited 5 mins, which other places would consider “normal waiting times”. Would always prefer to pick up from this place even if it’s a little further. Kudos to the staff!!“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“I really like this Forest Hills Metropolitan Ave location. I met the owner Imran once and stayed in touch; he seems friendly and down to earth.

It’s what one would expect with D & D espresso but it’s consistent & convenient. As a health conscious vegetarian, I appreciate that they have non dessert and non meat food items such as avocado, toast, hash browns, bagels.

The staff here are welcoming, friendly, hard working and professional.
Jahn is always professional, attentive, friendly and a sincere human being.

They have tables and which was helpful for my 78 year old mom (when she was alive) who was able to get here with her walker. (one floor, No stairs, a designated mobility needs table, but no bathrooms)

This location is small but has few tables, chairs plus stools along a long table along the window

I really appreciate seeing folks of all ages from students, families to seniors in our neighborhood visit.

D & D staff Poly and Andalip are also professional, friendly and welcoming and it's incredible that this Dunkin’ Donuts is open in this blizzard today (Sunday, Jan 25, 2026)!

I just picked up espresso and bagels when other stores are closed. Let’s acknowledge how hard this staff works, staying open and working happily even during storms and many holidays. Remember to tip them!
