“I’ve never really eaten my share of Indian food but today I just felt it was the right time to give it try and I found this place. Upon walking in it seemed like the place was closed as it was empty but it wasn’t, a nice man seated us and took our orders. The menu was extensive and had plenty of good options and honestly it was a bit hard to pick something as it all sounded great. We at first thought the prices were a bit expensive but once the food came out it was worth it. The potion sizes were a lot more the what we expected and the food overall was amazing, it was full of incredible flavor and filled us up nicely. All the while the server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. At the end I was surprised as to why the place was so empty, it deserves more attention as Im most definitely coming back for their amazing Indian food.“

“Cozy, intimate atmosphere. The service and presentation were wonderful. We had Tamarind Scallops and Chili Crab for appetizers. The crab was phenomenal and my favorite of all the dishes we ordered. For mains, we had Zameen Doz and Punjabi Tikhe Kebab with Malai Naan. The Dover sole was delicious and the pasanda sauce perfect for dipping the naan. The chicken was tender, juicy and so good! We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and were treated to a birthday dessert by our very attentive and kind waiter.“

“The restaurant looks small. But goes for the saying Don’t judge a book by its cover. Me and my parents went there for a late lunch almost 4pm. They had both veg and non veg buffet. We ordered separately. Roti, dal tadka, veg Hakka noodles and an chai. Everything taste so delicious. The attendant was very courteous, and polite. I recommend this place.“

Saw Google and decided to visit this restaurant . At first , we kinda were joking around looking at the restaurant as there were no customers . Location was a bit wierd. .. we went in and asked if there was food and the Indian lady came and was kind of shocked to see 12 of us coming in . She said she will start cooking then and will take time .We almost wanted to leave the place because we weren’t confident of how fast they will prepare.. to all our surprise , she was able to cook food quickly and the food was deliciousssssssssss.. its almost like our mom cooking at home . We had unlimited thali.she brought us dolls , samosa , kichadi , rotis , undhiyiu, potato bhaji, gulab jamun, chaas etc. all my friends were happy and had a fantastic meal . She said to call her next time before coming , so she can prepare all food :) even though it was a slow start , we were so happy with the food .It’s truly a hidden gem . I highly recommend ordering anything from the tandoor - the tandoori chicken was perfect! And the portions are massive. I did think many of the appetizers and main dishes were quite overpriced, however.

That said, I'd definitely come back and try the rest of the menu!“

“I went last week to TKRC on McDougal in the evening! The two men (I forgot their names but two young non Indian gentlemen who were there between 6-7:30pm) helped me with my large order! They were fantastic!!!! One even suggested the crepe place across the street which was AMAZING! To whoever owns this particular store, those two men were excellent spokespeople for your business, really took care to speak to me with courtesy and friendliness and in no uncertain terms….. were the best!
