Can’t judge a restaurant on one dish
It was my first time trying this place, and I just have the pollo a la brasa rotisserie chicken. To me the star of the meal was the hot green sauce, that accompanied the chicken, but the chicken was also savory.
Now, I tried the chicha morada, purple corn drink, and it was so sweet that I couldn’t figured out if it was from real corn or what was made of. Prices are good, portions too, the place is comfortable and is located in a small plaza with parking lot.“

“The food is absolutely phenomenal and authentic Peruvian cuisine. The wait is a bit longer than one would hope but it’s because the food is fresh and the portions very filling! I swing by as often as I can when I’m on Staten Island. I love it!“

“I tried the tuna ceviche today via delivery. It was very good. The fish was truly the best part. The other flavors and textures were new to me, but I very much enjoyed them. I will order again for a lunch treat. Also the ceviche was super affordable, under $20 even after delivery fees and a filling portion size.“

“You can never go wrong with a lomo saltado or a classic, original and how it’s supposed to be made, ceviche. The flavors were out of this world. Meat was cooked perfectly, sauce was perfect. The fettuccini with the homemade sauce was ridiculous. Gonna try making it at home for sure!! The ceviche was really good, the puréed sweet potato was a nice touch. Wish i had a bit more of a portion but all in all, very very good!“

“Was in Linden running errand and saw this Peruvian chicken place and knew it was a done deal for lunch. So clean, and staff is attentive from the minute you walk in. Had the roasted chicken, fried rice, green salad and fried yucca — all very delicious. Special shout out to Melanie for her service!“

“Awesome first time here! Chef Jason and staff were extremely helpful. I tried their Lomo Saltado bowl. He gave me a sample of their pulled pork, carne asada, and chicken. They are slow cooked for a few hours. Everything was delicious and top tier! I will be coming back for sure!!!“

“I was in town to visit to see cats at Rahway Kitty Hall. This restaurant is right next store. I stopped into get something to eat. I was impressed with the ambience of the restaurant. My Spanish is not so great, but the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The food I had was very good. I am interested in people from other cultures and their food. I will surely go there again and try another dish.“

“Good food, limited communication due to the staff have limited English. The dining area was small, very crowded. Food served pretty fast eventhough they need to redo my order because the waiter took the wrong order. Overall foods are delicious.“

“My experience here was good. I loved the food. I tried a little bit of everything they had like the ribs, rice, and soup. The restaurant is tiny inside but they do have enough tables if you prefer to eat inside. I’m not sure what the theme or culture of the place is, all I know it’s hispanic. If you’re in the neighborhood come check this place out!“

“The food is amazing , I’ve tried many Peruvian spots in the Elizabeth / linden / Rahway areas and this place has the best of them all , great flavor to the food the portions are big and it’s affordable , only bad side is that they never answer the phone which is a huge issue because you have to go in person to order which is very time consuming. You sometimes have to call 10 times to get someone to pick up“

“So… I walked into this bar to watch my Bears play the 9rs… When I walked in… I thought I walked into a “wooop”. The 7 gang I mean 9er gang was having a new members meeting, and forgot to lock the door. It was like a blue dot in the middle of maxi pad, I was like Yooooo ?!?!?. So I did what any logical Bears fan would do, WENT TO THE VIP SECTION and looked over the crowd of red in discus while sipping on my cold brew and eating some of the best finger food. The owner/manager was cool the 9ers fans was cool and welcoming 💯 Soild group of Gang Members lol Yooo they got a whole niner gang theme song on every TD and every first down is celebrated “Whhooop” lmao 🏳️‍🌈(Pause) No but really I had a great time my team didn’t get the win but I will be back and I am bringing my crew!!! 💯“
