“Place is clean but it's not stroller friendly to enter and order. Luckily I can place mobile orders but I couldn't look at the tumblers and mugs. If I push my stroller any closer I will block everyone. I wish they do something about the entrance to the register. I don't always like ordering on mobile.
Drinks are on point, as usual. Staffs are quick during rush hour. They're a lot busier now since the one at the mall closed.“

“This Starbucks is seriously one of the best I’ve ever been to! Every time I come in, the vibe is amazing, and the people here are honestly what make it such a great place. I especially have to give a huge shoutout to Sam and Chris — they’re the absolute best.
They always go out of their way to make my visits awesome. They don’t just take my order and move on — they actually talk to me, ask how I’m doing, and make me feel like they genuinely care. It’s not something you see often, but these two make every experience feel super personal and welcoming.
On top of that, they make amazing drinks every single time. Like, they get everything just right — perfect flavor, perfect temperature, everything. You can tell they know what they’re doing and really pay attention to what people like.
The atmosphere at this Starbucks is always super chill and comfortable too. It’s clean, the music is nice, and it’s just a really great place to hang out, study, or relax. But honestly, Sam and Chris are the main reason I keep coming back. They bring so much good energy, and it’s clear they actually enjoy what they do.
Huge thanks to both of them (and the rest of the team too) for always making my day better. If you’re stopping by this Starbucks, definitely hope you get to meet Sam and Chris — they’ll make your visit ten times better!“
“Came in later in the evening and Timothy helped me out — super chill and friendly even near closing. My drink came out perfect and the store still looked spotless. You can tell he actually cares about the job. Appreciate the good energy every time I stop by!“
“My drink was made with a slight wait cuz fresh is best and damn was my order absolutely perfect. The store was mostly clean but the lean bars didn't give it the Starbucks vibes you're used to, the lack of seating gave it upscale bodega vibes like take your drink and go. (The overflowing dumpsters outside are probably why the location was previously shut down for their roach infestation...I mean for renovation🤫)“
“The associates were working hard and they were polite. They had a line of customer's and they did a good job of moving the line. I got a caramel ribbon crunch,less the crunchies due to none being available. But they did let me know before hand and I still got my coffee. One more associate, would have been nice to maintain cleaning the counters side and refill their napkins. Overall I was satisfied.“
“Starbucks products are fairly consistent across all stores, which is one of the reasons I love them, but the staff is what really makes one store shine above the rest. The staff I encountered at Woodridge Road Starbucks were awesome. My Starbucks app was not working, and both staff members remained friendly and helpful while I tried for 5 minutes to log back in. (Luckily, there were no other customers in the store as it was 5:30 am) I was frustrated and they were empathetic. Kudos to the staff at Woodrow Rd Starbucks!“
“Imani, Amani, Nukiya are the only reason I visit this starbucks almost everyday. Always warm and friendly. They actually know my name how I like my coffee. That kind of customer service is far and few in between these days. I’ve gone to other starbucks for years and they treat you like they’ve never seen you before.“
“The Starbucks inside of Target is the ABSOLUTE BEST STARBUCKS ON STATEN ISLAND. I am not joking, I have been to all of them and they all suck except for this one. At other locations I have had multiple problems with employees not willing to fix drinks, making silly mistakes, and having long wait times even when mobile ordering. Periodically at the Target Starbucks I have to wait, but it's usually faster then in any of their other store fronts, they always make my drink right, and there staff is super kind and clearly trained well. I love this Starbucks!“
“The service attitude was very good. I wanted to place an order on my mobile phone, but the card didn't have enough money. Then I took my mobile phone and showed her the drinks and ingredients I wanted to buy, and she quickly helped me complete the order!“
“This location is a bit tough to find since it's on a weird street, but once you find it you get the same fantastic Blue Bottle experience. I always get the New Orleans Iced Coffee. I should probably try something else at some point, but the iced coffee is so good I can't convince myself to switch.“

“One of my Fave Starbucks!! The baristas greet one's entry into the shop.. My orders are Always taken without a rush, but a pleasant smile.. I like the seating area, which allows me to read my book as I sip on a Caramel Macchiato, and savor the egg bites, or a warmed Pumpkin Loaf.. Also, the music playlist is greatly selected..
There's parking for Starbuck's customers, which I've been lucky to use.“
