“One of my Fave Starbucks!! The baristas greet one's entry into the shop.. My orders are Always taken without a rush, but a pleasant smile.. I like the seating area, which allows me to read my book as I sip on a Caramel Macchiato, and savor the egg bites, or a warmed Pumpkin Loaf.. Also, the music playlist is greatly selected..
There's parking for Starbuck's customers, which I've been lucky to use.“

“I had a wonderful experience at my local Starbucks today! The baristas were friendly and greeted me with a warm smile as soon as I walked in. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and a Blueberry Muffin, and both were fantastic. My drink was perfectly made, with just the right balance of espresso and sweetness. The muffin was fresh and delicious. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy my treats. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this Starbucks to my friends. “The associates were working hard and they were polite. They had a line of customer's and they did a good job of moving the line. I got a caramel ribbon crunch,less the crunchies due to none being available. But they did let me know before hand and I still got my coffee. One more associate, would have been nice to maintain cleaning the counters side and refill their napkins. Overall I was satisfied.“
“I stop here in the morning before catching the ferry and the staff here, specifically Imani, Adriana and Jelissa are the most polite and helpful Starbucks staff I’ve encountered. If an item is out of stock they will recommend the closest option to what you are looking for, if a customer isn’t happy they will try to make it right and do so with a smile. I've been to locations all over Staten Island and Manhattan and I just want to say this Starbucks location is where I would prefer to start my morning due to the committed staff and positive atmosphere they have created.“
“The Starbucks inside of Target is the ABSOLUTE BEST STARBUCKS ON STATEN ISLAND. I am not joking, I have been to all of them and they all suck except for this one. At other locations I have had multiple problems with employees not willing to fix drinks, making silly mistakes, and having long wait times even when mobile ordering. Periodically at the Target Starbucks I have to wait, but it's usually faster then in any of their other store fronts, they always make my drink right, and there staff is super kind and clearly trained well. I love this Starbucks!“
“I was looking everywhere for the cold reusable to go cup for my tumbler collection. I called this store ahead and they had 2 in stock. The barista who answered the phone (sorry I was so excited I forgot to ask for your name!) Offered to save that aside for me until I get there. Thank you so much, you made my day!“
“The service attitude was very good. I wanted to place an order on my mobile phone, but the card didn't have enough money. Then I took my mobile phone and showed her the drinks and ingredients I wanted to buy, and she quickly helped me complete the order!“
“Starbucks products are fairly consistent across all stores, which is one of the reasons I love them, but the staff is what really makes one store shine above the rest. The staff I encountered at Woodridge Road Starbucks were awesome. My Starbucks app was not working, and both staff members remained friendly and helpful while I tried for 5 minutes to log back in. (Luckily, there were no other customers in the store as it was 5:30 am) I was frustrated and they were empathetic. Kudos to the staff at Woodrow Rd Starbucks!“
“As previous reviewers this Starbucks is a To-go!! You will not find seating or bathrooms. It’s located in a small plaza in Staten Island, but there is parking and a Mexican restaurant next door.The employees are not friendly and depending on the day and who is working your drinks can either be reallllllllllyyyyyyyy goooood or reallllly horrible.Apart from this downside this Starbucks is always clean, and they always have some of my favorite breakfast items.My suggestion is to weight the pros and cos and make a decision based on your preference.“
“This location is a bit tough to find since it's on a weird street, but once you find it you get the same fantastic Blue Bottle experience. I always get the New Orleans Iced Coffee. I should probably try something else at some point, but the iced coffee is so good I can't convince myself to switch.“
“Saturday morning I went through the drive through with tears in my eyes as I was dealing with an unfortunate event in my life… I was instantly greeted by Jada with a smile that could brighten the darkest skies… she went above and beyond to make sure I did not leave that drive through line without a smile just like hers on my face.
