“We came to Mama’s Pho on our way back to Vermont; arriving early at 4 we had the place to ourselves. Staff were courteous and attentive to our order. The place is clean and decorated in a way to feel like you were eating a home cooked meal. Food arrived in a timely manner. We enjoyed Vietnamese coffee, a mango smoothie and Thai Iced Tea to start with our vegetable egg rolls and spring roll; these were delicious starters.

Our pho tai, Phố đặc biệt, and Bún bò huế came out soon after with fresh mung bean sprouts, basil and lime. Broths were delightful with noodles and meats. You get a generous amount of food from these bowls. A delightful find.“

The bagels are incredible and my freezer is always fully stocked with their day old bagels that they sell bagged up in front of the store. Their cold brew is so smooth and delicious and I’m always a smitten kitten for anyone that won’t charge me extra for oat milk.

The garlic and herb cream cheese is the best I’ve had in my entire life. The service is always perfection and I swear they only hire absolute sweethearts. The vibes are always exactly what I need and if you’re lucky you’ll hear the staff singing along to their favorite songs and their positive energy is enough to make you want to apply here yourself.

This has become my cozy little hangout spot after dropping my daughter off at daycare and I’ll continue to give them all my money always.

Shoutout to the bearded employee with the dunder mifflin tshirt who was just the perfect amount of positive energy to start my morning today. Love love love this place. Parking is always available and super kid friendly too with high chairs, comfy booths, and outdoor seating if they get a little rowdy. All their treats are kid approved by my 2yr old“

“Whoever made my matcha this morning is amazing. I originally mobile ordered a large chai with vanilla. Drive thru as always was busy and I walk inside to pick up my mobile order and they quickly let me know they were out. I replaced it with a large matcha latte, they made sure to ask if I wanted vanilla still and my drink was out in record time. I still made my ride share pick up time with time to spare. “I needed a space where I could focus on getting my work done. On the day I visited The Palette (Saratoga Springs), I was nervous, but those fears soon disappeared. I was greeted warmly by Marcella, the COO. She introduced me to two other visitors and we spent the next two hours just learning about each other. By the end of that meeting, I knew I was going to become a member. The Saratoga Springs location is right in the heart of bustling Broadway. It's the perfect location. There are several shared spaces, a few small rooms, and some larger rooms. You can reserve a room ahead of time in case you need to jump on a Zoom call or have a meeting. There is also a small kitchen area that is stocked with water, tea, snacks, and wine! That's such a nice touch. As a member, you have access to a new printer. The Palette has two locations. I've only been to the one in Saratoga Springs. The other location is in Schenectady. I'm excited that The Palette holds many networking events. It's a great way to meet like minded people. If you need a co-working space, look no further. I highly recommend joining The Palette.“
