“I just moved to Woodside and was searching for a shop that carries healthy, vegan options as I’m vegan since 2012. I stumbled across Go Natural and it fits the bill perfectly. It’s a lovely, old school health food store that manages to fit a large number of options into a relatively small space. I wish the shop had a website as not everyone is on Facebook, but maybe that will come eventually.”

“I was pleasantly surprised to find this place in Sunnyside and I’ll def be coming back. I was craving a bolon de queso and the restaurant’s dish reminded me of the restaurants by the beach in Ecuador - very heartwarming experience. Francesca, the server, was friendly and welcoming and very attentive. I’ll def have to go back to try the pasta but for now I’ll be going back for more Ecuadorian dishes 😊.”

“My favorite place for coffee. They roast their own coffee and custom grind it to your needs, French press in my case. Great hot and iced coffee to go. Iced is poured over coffee cubes not ice cubes. So it’s never diluted as the ice melts. And they have tasty mini croissants to go with it 😋 Conveniently located across 40th Street station on the 7 line so you can grab your coffee and quickly get to the El. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s always nice to go there. They’ve been in business for about 60 years so they’re doing it right.”

“This neighborhood, Sunnyside Queens, has a large Himalayan population and is loaded with really good Tibetan and Nepalese restaurants. As is Jackson Heights, a few subway stops down the street. I have been to many of them. So I was very surprised to find the best momo I have ever had at this counter-service carryout place in a small storefront. I got chili momo and vegetable tacos, both exceptional. Everything was prepared to order but made promptly. Service was friendly and efficient. I want to try everything they have.”

“Ironically I’ve never tried the gelato here but I’ve had other things including their cardamom buns & passionfruit bars which are absolutely delicious, especially the former. A plus is the staff here is super sweet, especially the girl with the glasses (didn’t ask for her name but she’s a doll). When the weather gets better I would definitely go back for the gelato :).”

“A true hidden gem in Sunnyside. My family decided to come here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, and we were immediately surprised by the affordability and portions of the lunch special. Normally you'd expect smaller portions, naturally as it comes with an appetizer, entree, and dessert - but not here. They even came with freshly baked bread for the table too. Everything was really light, not too oily, but very hearty and delicious. To be honest it was way over my caloric intake for the day, but it was so worth it. Would recommend to anyone in the Sunnyside or Woodside area.”

We all can agree that, well: as a chain-food restaurant, you would expect the same meals and combos.

And yes, but this places has something different that makes it maybe my fav: the staff and personell.

All of them are friendly, and when u pick your food, they cant wait but ask you if you need anything and even offer more so u dont miss nothing.

Best Chinese takeout to date, don't listen to the negative reviews. Needless to say, I love this place and will be a regular customer for sure!”

“This is the cutest wholesome little shop ever. The cashier are nice, we visit them first time and got best treatment ever. We used the apps so the food is discounted- yet they treated us no different than usual customer, the food amount is good and it’s really yummy.
I doubt if its authentic or not, but surely good balance taste and remember to take hot sauce because they are good too!!”

“I am very selective about any fast food but, its always a vibe visiting this hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. When I call in my order Tina or her husband always remember the foods I like and it is always prepared fresh! When I go to pick up there are always folks from the neighborhood eating in house. Tina is super friendly and the food is always delicious. I recommend the chicken and broccoli with brown rice and brown sauce and for an extra kick they always have a side of hot oil you can drizzle across the meal. So delish! I give them 5 stars for great food, great service and great conversations!”

“Simply the best! You will not find a better NY Style Slice in Sunnyside. Their pizza is always fresh & delicious! My favorite is the Margarita pie, fresh mozzarella, plum tomatoes, basil and the best part is the sesame crust! This MAKES the pizza. I cannot express how great the owner and workers there are! Very friendly and make you feel like part of the family. The pizzeria is always clean and inviting. I order from La Bella at least twice a month. In addition to their amazing Pizza, we love their tortellini soup as well as their rigatoni w/ vodka sauce and chicken franchise.”
