“The food was very good. Everything was fresh and had great flavor. Wide selection of options so good for families. The service was not good. It took forever to get menus (we had to ask eventually) and it was almost half hour before we got our drinks and placed our order. Even more odd, we never knew who our waiter was. Normally they introduce themselves but I felt like we ordered from two or three different people. The value and quality was great. The amount of food we got for the price was enough to feed more than our table of 5. This is good value spot for big families to get an affordable and quality dinner Overall, not a terrible experience and would try again. If the service had been on par, this would've been a 5 easily.“

We couldn’t have asked for a better four-course meal and the staff provided service that was top notch and utmost respectful under the circumstances. We enjoyed a memorable celebration of life! “This location i have come to a few times. It has progressively become better and better.
The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and quite, while there is a great social bar, with very nice accomodationimg staff and the downtown has become much better than it use to be that this hotel is right within.

Only downside I've experienced is the up charge fee for late checkout. Normally around the world a late checkout there is not a secondary charge of you request up till 1-2pm. Unfortunately this hotel is going with the US trend of charging consumers for needing a later checkout even if you checking at 11pm bc of late travel etc.. Only down on have to say, but hotel it top notch“

“I loved the ambience. Music was great too. I ordered Clams Casino and was very disappointed. Tasted dirty and had no toppings; no bread crumbs and no bacon. You can tell they did not put much effort into the clams. Husband ordered Shrimp cocktail, though they were not bad, we’ve had much better. They were unappetizing. After we finished our appetizers, we so as I’m writing this review and asked our waiter twice for our food, they keep saying they are very busy; not cool. Not inclined to come back and wait 30 minutes after appetizers for my dinner. Still waiting…Valentine’s Day has been ruined for us.
I have to edit this review because of the excellent response the manager or maître d’ Kensey had when he found out our disappointment. He immediately came to our table and asked us what we were disappointed with and how he can fix it. He offered another dinner and it was cooked immediately. He came back with a Filet Mignon with mushrooms, potatoes and vegetables. They also comped our Lamb Chops dinner and our drinks. Thank you for your excellent customer care! We will visit again on a day they’re not so overwhelmed with business. BTW loved the free Valet Parking!“

I was shocked to see anything but 4 or 5 star reviews here. It is authentic Italian food, do not expect a diner menu. The owner and his staff are nothing short of exceptional and always ensure my table has a positive experience. The food is phenomenal (try the Penne Salmon dish), the wine is excellent, the coffee/dessert is perfect, and all for a very fair price being in Westchester. My only complaint is that it is not twice the size because on Friday and Saturday evenings there can be lines out the door and a long (but always worth it) wait for seating.“

“Spent a date night at Via Garibaldi, and it was absolutely lovely. We arrived around 6pm, and it wasn't busy, but by the time we left, the staff was busy with a full house.
We ordered a handful of dishes, with the lamb being the shining star. It was perfectly cooked, and served sizzling. My favorite, though, which caught me by surprise, was the bread. It was doughy, moist, and baked in the pizza oven. I could have sat all night eating just bread!

“Constantino’s makes the perfect pizza. The ingredients are so fresh and the customer service experience is the cherry on top. We went for the soft opening a few weeks back and the atmosphere was so family oriented and welcoming. Some of the best pizza I have had! They have a bunch of different kinds but the grandma pizza and the plain pizza are out of this world! You have to try this place. Mike the owner is absolutely wonderful and knows what really good pizza is.“

I can't speak on the fridge dinner-prepped foods cause that's not really my thing, but the sandwiches and rice balls here are fantastic, definitely some of the best I've had in NY when it comes to quality. The place is pricey, which also is not usually my thing, but it's clear to me why the prices are higher than other places (besides the area), and reason being is the quality of ingredients and care put into the food. The recipes for everything are exactly as they should be, every flavor is dialed in very carefully and clearly this place is run by someone who knows Italian food like the back of their hand and has a genuine love for it. Their coffee and tiramisu is great too! They've won me over, and I am not impressed by much these days. Last but not least, the staff there are absolutely lovely. Every time I go in there are guys preparing it all with what seems to be a lot of detail and attention, and the lady who's always working the register when I'm there is doing a great job and is sweet.“

I had ordered online, but obviously, there was NO way my order would be ready on time. The staff? Amazing. Yes, we waited, but they were so kind and apologetic about the reality of the situation.
