“One of the only places around that is Asian food with a nice atmosphere. The dumplings were especially delicious, and the salad and miso soup were especially good. Then the bento box is always fun. The only negative was that the teriyaki chicken could have a little more char on it.“

“This place is not on the main street of this beautiful Greenwich city. It was opened in 1975. If you like seafood, you have to find this place. It is not big but has more then you would expect. There is no option to eat inside, but very cozy small space for outside dining. The lobster rolls are delicious. They have huge selection of fish, fish products and live lobsters. Fresh sushi if you are a sushi lover. Interesting place in the interesting city. 85% of the cars on the streets will start from $70K.“

“This is the second time I ate at Shiki Sushi and Yakitori. First time, I came with my friends, who live a block away, for lunch.

After trying their Sakura roll and honey truffle roll, I can confidently say that I have surpassed the human form and ascended into heaven. This is the BEST sushi I have tried. “Just had the best dinner at Shoyu Sushi in Scarsdale. I’m vegan, and they have a few options for appetizers, sushi and entrees. Got the fried gyoza, vegetable roll, kampyo roll and vegetable curry and it was extremely satisfying and everything was hot and fresh. Presentation is cute and they use real wasabi paste (not horseradish). Westchester’s food scene is pretty lacking but this place definitely makes up for it. Found my new favorite Japanese/sushi place!

“Accommodating service but the food- none of it was particularly good.Steak wasn’t the greatest cut or quality. Chicken was flavorful enough so perhaps that’s the star of the show. Tempura wasn’t comparable quality to other places in and around NyC at a similar price point. Ginger salad was decent, fried rice was mediocre.Unfortunately nothing impressed enough to have me want to come back but that’s as a non sushi eater so I leave 4 stars because this place seems highly rated by those who enjoy sushi and I don’t want to significantly impact their rating for something outside of their namesake.“

“The place wasn't full as we got there early but it was very comfortable and relaxing. Service was very prompt with our order and friendly, answering any questions given to them.

I came for the all you can eat sushi, and I was not disappointed as their sushi was fresh and very delicious, with Eel being my favorite. Their hibachi was also tasty, but the sushi impressed me more, especially when paired with the pink cloudy sake I drank with it. I ordered a Pork Katsu lunch meal to take home with me, and while the meat could have been thicker, it was still delicious. I plan to return again so I can eat more sushi as well as have more of that clouded sake.“

“Samurai is a great go to spot. We normally do take out. Portion sizes are much smaller when taking out, at least when it comes to habatchi.

The wait staff were amazing so attentive and helpful. Beer was super cold and the leche martini is highly recommended.

The food however was a bit salty, and came out very spread out. The meat had little flavor…be sure to ask for lite soy sauce.

The sushi however is great. Anything on the menu.

“The food was top notch. Very good. Sushi. Crab cake was way too mushy. I wasn't expecting much from a sushi place for crab cake. My date ordered it. I lived in Japan. I felt like this was as close to Japanese sushi as I've seen or tasted in a while. We sat out on the deck so I don't know what the interior look like. I know there's reviews saying that it's dated. But I wasn't there to eat the decor. Lol“
