“I love Dunkin Donuts, the two women behind the counter had a hard time taking my simple order of 1 donut and one bagel twist a hot tea and a hot chocolate... they couldn't understand English so I had to repeat my order about 6 times and my tea tasted like milk with Tea flavor which I am not a fan of but it will not stop me from going to Dunkin... i will just make sure I have the time needed to get my order placed and get it how I want it. “I just moved up here this past summer and this place right here is one of the few reasons so far I’m glad I did lol the legit best glazed donut I’ve ever had in my life is here and just about every other flavor or variant they have, you can’t go wrong. Try your best to order just one, but after your first time, there’s no way you just come back for one at a time. Prices are great too.“

“We were there late morning on a Tuesday. The waitress Sharon was very friendly. We started with the coffee. It was very good and I don’t normally drink coffee. It was a cold day in December though. Needed something to warm me up. I got their 10yr anniversary skillet. Highly recommend it. It has scrambled eggs, spicy Italian sausage, potatoes, green peppers and mozzarella cheese melted over the top. DELICIOUS! My wife had the #3 which is scrambled eggs, home fries and choice of meat (she chose turkey sausage) with Texas toast. She said it hit the spot. Definitely going back again.“

Asked to have it warmed up and the employee’s response was “we only have a toaster oven so it will take 4-5 minutes”. Sounded like she didn’t wanna leave the counter. “One of the best tim Hortons locations in all of western NY. Friendly staff the store manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She runs a tight ship and all her employees are well mannered they maintain a perfect atmosphere for me as well as other customers to come in and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich from time to time“
