Parking: Being my first time, parking was limited as I ordered food around 8-8:30 pm. There's plenty of street parking but it's a little tough to find a spot to pull in...

“I took my family to la riserva last week. We had an amazing dinner. My girls loved the pasta fagioli!!! They also enjoyed their meals; pasta with marinara and the chicken parmigiana with green beans. My husband and I equally enjoyed our meals. The service was great. Our waitress was knowledgeable and everything came out in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend la riserva to my friends.“

“Giving chipotle a run for their money. I had the Cholula hot & sweet chicken, it was really good. I didn’t need hot sauce like in chipotle, just really good flavors. The guacamole is really good, queso was a ok but I’m not really a queso fan. The chips were fresh, crispy and not greasy.“

“This is how chicharrones are supposed to be made! The crispiest, juiciest and most flavor packed I’ve had from a restaurant frankly ever! It’s quick and (not) dirty, you come in eye the golden crispy piece of pig meat and watch them weight it and hack it up, so satisfying. They have a few side options, I went with the arroz moro (which is a black rice cooked with black beans together) and say yes to the gravy. Make sure you eat it quick so the chicharrones don’t soften, mine lasted a brief car ride home (~15 min) but I couldn’t help taking a few sneak bites in the car. Get you some of the sautéed onions with them, delicious.“

“I have not found many Chinese restaurants beyond Chinatown that's considered close to being called good until I tried this one. I only ever ordered delivery because my brother is living at a Senior Rehabilitation center on W190 st. I was surprised to find the Chicken and Broccoli not drenched in oil or overcooked! It's not salty or full of MSG like other typical Take outs. Everything I ordered showed a true experienced cook. No lumpy gelatinous "gravy" although I always make it a point to ask for little gravy and they actually followed my request! I don't ever judge a Chinese restaurant by its decor. Some of the BEST ethnic foods I've had, we less than inviting. I get why they do not bother w the "atmosphere" but focused on good food. I get that it would be nice to be able to enjoy going there if you are a long time patron but I used to love a place called Peking Duck in Chinatown until they moved to a new space and changed to an upscale look and soon the food was not at all the same. Perhaps the chef left but I still missed the dishes they used to make to perfection. So don't fix what's not broken. If this is the only Chinese restaurant near you count your lucky stars bc they do authentic Chinese cooking.“

The lighting was perfect as it was dark enough to feel intimate, but also bright enough to see your food and the person across from you. “The Parrot Restaurant in Yonkers is one of the best Spanish restaurants in the area. They offer amazing family meals at unbelievable prices. Unlike others, their food is incredibly fresh. For example, even the white rice tastes like it was made the same day. The beans are very well-seasoned, and when you order the bean stew, you'll be pleasantly surprised to find carrots and potatoes—ingredients often overlooked at many Spanish restaurants.

Their empanadas are made to order, meaning they don't sit under a heat lamp; they are freshly prepared when you order them. The freshness and quality of their food are truly unmatched. “I have been ordering from them for a very long time and always enjoy the food.
Recently we were shorted one item on our delivery order, the woman on the phone was so argumentative telling me to "look better its there!" then trying to convince me the cheese won-tons we also ordered are the missing $9 lobster dumplings ( they do look similar).

They should be able to see customer history and not treat a good customer like some thief. They delivered the missing dumplings pretty quick and they were good so i cant really complain much, customer service needs an adjustment though.“

“A good, solid ramen joint in the heart of small-town suburbia. You won't find anything close to the rich tonkotsu broth of some of the best Manhattan spots... but it gets the job done. Service is straightforward and efficient, the ambiance is pleasant, and children are welcome. Happy to have Ani in our hood.
