We were all so impressed how good but different each sauce was for the dishes we ordered. Chef cooked the marinara sauce perfectly, it was bright and flavorful with just a touch of acidity. Artichoke was one of the highlights, as well as the Sardinia style pasta, Mallorredus. Portions were good and we even saved room for dessert. Pistachio Italian cheese cake - absolute perfection. “We celebrated my husband’s grandfather’s birthday here tonight with a party of 14, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled so professionally and warmly. The restaurant is beautiful, elegant, and has such a welcoming atmosphere.

Our table was perfect, the service was attentive without ever making us feel rushed, and every dish came out exactly as it should. With a group our size, it’s easy for things to go wrong, but everything ran seamlessly. The staff worked together so well, and everyone in our party left happy.

The bill was also very reasonable, and while gratuity wasn’t automatically included, our server absolutely earned every bit of the 20% we gladly left.

“This location i have come to a few times. It has progressively become better and better.
The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and quite, while there is a great social bar, with very nice accomodationimg staff and the downtown has become much better than it use to be that this hotel is right within.

Only downside I've experienced is the up charge fee for late checkout. Normally around the world a late checkout there is not a secondary charge of you request up till 1-2pm. Unfortunately this hotel is going with the US trend of charging consumers for needing a later checkout even if you checking at 11pm bc of late travel etc.. Only down on have to say, but hotel it top notch“

“My family and I came to Sapori to celebrate my college graduation, and the experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish.

We visited during lunch in the middle of the week, and the service was exceptional. Our waiter, Zacharias, went above and beyond to make our celebration feel special. He explained every detail of the menu so thoroughly, answered all of our questions with patience, and gave excellent recommendations. You can tell he truly cares about the guests’ experience. The entire staff was attentive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. We felt genuinely cared for the entire time we were there.

And the food… wow!!! Cheers to the chef because everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. You can taste the care and quality in every dish. Most of the pasta is made fresh on-site, which makes such a difference. Because everything is prepared with that level of attention, this is not the place to go if you’re looking for a rushed meal. But if you want authentic, high-quality food made with care and served beautifully, Sapori is absolutely worth it.

“We came for a family birthday dinner (4 adults & 2 kids). They have pretty polite people working at this restaurant. The subtle music was nice (lots of Sinatra). After we finished the bread they brought, our servers brought a SECOND Big Bread Basket!
All the food was very good.

They have complimentary parking. It’s important to know that the parking lot entrance is off New Wilmot Road.“
