“The sushi is very good, top in NJ. Broad variety of fish, good flavors with some really tasty flavor profiles. Their spicy scallop roll is my favorite in this area. Clearly the owner is passionate about what he's doing here. I have eaten sushi all over north jersey and will only go back to a handful of restaurants because I am very particular about food in general but with sushi in particular - this palce is one that I have gone back to once and will certainly come back again. Product has to be super fresh and they maintain very high standards. Constructive criticism....The bathroom area needs to be completely gutted ASAP.“

“Great sushi and we order all the time from here! Shrimp tempura is excellent and they have so many options to fit everyone’s preferences. One thing I would like to note is that sometimes when you order for pickup they do forget things (ex. spicy mayo, which you have to pay extra for) so make sure you check the bag to ensure you have all of your order, but they are also very busy and things like this happen :) Great food and great service, looking forward to coming back.“

The sea bass is juicy, the steak is just right, the fried rice and noodles have a pleasant garlic favor which I never had it before at other restaurants , homemade teriyaki sauce adds just right sweetness. “Usually, take out sushi is a coin flip. Good sushi chefs do not recommend eating take out sushi as the flavor will change within 20 minutes. I’ve eaten great sushi in many, many places and great sushi at the restaurant does not translate into great take out, Min Sushi is the best take out sushi I’ve ever had hands down…. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is the wait time, for a family platter you better give it at least an hour, worth every minute of the wait tho! “I made a private party at Rella Cafe and it was beyond my expectations. Jack was in tune to my needs, the set up was beautiful and the food was plentiful and scrumptious. Service was timely, not rushed at all, and the waitresses were pleasant. We had blintzes and Caesar salad, mushroom barley soup, choice of salmon or fettuccini Alfredo with roasted vegetables, and potatoes. Desert was delicious brownies and ice cream. It’s All You Can Eat, so easy to order more of what you like! But perfect sized appetizers so you don’t fill up before the sushi arrives! The sushi is always fresh and plentiful and the staff’s attention to details is unmatched. When the owners truly care about their customers, it shows and is appreciated! “Accommodating service but the food- none of it was particularly good.Steak wasn’t the greatest cut or quality. Chicken was flavorful enough so perhaps that’s the star of the show. Tempura wasn’t comparable quality to other places in and around NyC at a similar price point. Ginger salad was decent, fried rice was mediocre.Unfortunately nothing impressed enough to have me want to come back but that’s as a non sushi eater so I leave 4 stars because this place seems highly rated by those who enjoy sushi and I don’t want to significantly impact their rating for something outside of their namesake.“
