“ok ok, I was driving through Clarence and searched coffee near me, amongst the usual spots, Prominent popped up. I love not so corporate coffee shops so I decided to give it a shot. To be honest, I didn't run inside to pick-up my two iced lattes, my husband did. He said the inside was warm, quaint & clean. I pre-ordered an iced maple latte with oatmilk and an iced brown sugar oatmilk latte. I was intrigued by the way the website says that the espresso is brewed THROUGH the brown sugar rather than using a syrup to flavor it. It is absolutely delicious. Rich and smooth flavor. The iced maple latte *baristas kiss* is not sweet at all, which is a good thing. Sometimes maple drinks taste syrupy and fake but this one is perfect 👌 I'll definitely swing by here again 10/10“

“I love this bakery!! Beautiful grains and delicious baked goods! Intimate atmosphere with delicious coffee drinks. The employees are helpful and keep the establishment very clean. Definitely stop in and grab a crispy cookie or flakey croissant with your morning cup. You won’t be disappointed!“

“Everything was amazing! I ordered the double cutlet flight, tiramisu, and roast beef for Christmas Eve, and my guests devoured it—especially the cutlets. “We were there late morning on a Tuesday. The waitress Sharon was very friendly. We started with the coffee. It was very good and I don’t normally drink coffee. It was a cold day in December though. Needed something to warm me up. I got their 10yr anniversary skillet. Highly recommend it. It has scrambled eggs, spicy Italian sausage, potatoes, green peppers and mozzarella cheese melted over the top. DELICIOUS! My wife had the #3 which is scrambled eggs, home fries and choice of meat (she chose turkey sausage) with Texas toast. She said it hit the spot. Definitely going back again.“

It's a cafe, so the coffee end of things is undoubtedly their strong suit but they also have a cooler with canned beverages to suit anyone, from bottled water and iced teas to canned wine & beer to NA options! It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to stay a little longer, whether you’re grabbing a coffee, catching some live entertainment, or just soaking in the vibe. Even though they’re brand new, the team operates like they’ve been doing this for years — friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell a lot of thought and love went into creating this space. Definitely a must-visit spot.“

“I know that there’s a lot of places in Lancaster to choose for your morning breakfast, but can I suggest Pallet Cafe?! I have been to every small café in the area and this place blew me away! I got the Teddy Graham iced coffee, and the Caprese avocado toast. Absolutely incredible. The coffee actually tasted like the description and the Caprese avocado toast was delicious and so flavorful! This has by far been my favorite (& cheapest) breakfast spot! It’s also so cozy in there and reminds me of going to eat at my Mimi’s house. I don’t know the owners, they didn’t tell me to post this. I just want them to get the recognition that they deserve. 🫶🏻“

I got the Decaf Americano, my usual fav, and today they had the chocolate peanut butter cake….WHATTTTT, made my whole day!!! It is amazing! “Everybody in Buffalo has their own favorite coffee shop, but this one is mine. The coffee is of excellent quality, the drinks are flavorful without being excessively syrupy, and the food is always excellent. I'm particularly fond of the red-eye breakfast sandwich, which has espresso-deglazed ham and this delightfully sweet and spicy horseradish mustard. Their donuts are second only to Paula's, especially the crullers.

The atmosphere inside at the Elmwood location is also incredibly cozy: lots of nice comfy armchairs and pillows along the bench seating. It's also quite bright thanks to the bay windows, which makes it a lovely place to sit a while and read.

Overall, my favorite coffee spot in Buffalo (of which there are many great options to choose from) and a great experience every time I go.“

“Love, love, love this place! Been here many times and the waffles never disappoint. My only feedback would be is that they don't have 2% milk, which is always a preferred milk at a coffee house. Awesome quaint little place tho!“

“My all time favorite boba location. So many flavors and combinations to choose from, I usually get something different every time. If I don’t know what to get, the workers are always super friendly and helpful. I try to come by at least once a week when I can.“

“My husband was given a gift certificate to Taste so we tried it out for the first time and had been routinely coming since! We love the atmosphere. Rustic building, hip coffee shop vibe. They offer tea and coffee options including seasonal features. Soup and Mac n cheese sides, breakfast, sandwiches, salads, comfort food like pot roast, and desserts displayed so you can make a choice. They have a cooler with drinks like pop, water, juices, and such, and beer selections including NA. We tend to park in the lot behind the building, walk up the stairs through the little pedestrian alley, and enter through the side door. Staff are always pleasant, food has been consistent, and the coffee is delicious. Restroom was clean when I've used it, but the tables have always needed to be wiped down the several times we've visited. There is the expectation guests will clear their trash, but perhaps adding the ability for patrons to wipe their table would be helpful. We wouldn't mind wiping it down before we leave or grabbing something from the station area to clean a dirty table before we sit as compared to not having a place to sit.“

“My lunch mates had no complaints about their food from any of their visits. They recommended pizza and paninis. I tried the Quatrro Formaggio Pizza, aka four cheese in English. It's was delicious. Their pizzas are all thin crust, so you'll either love that or not - dealer's choice. The offer half salads if you want to feel healthy while eating something else, or you can't make up your mind! The half salads are still big. Depending on how hungry you are, that could be your meal. The bread you get when you're first seated was good, too. They serve it with butter and ground green olives. That was new for me. They also have a dessert menu of various coffees and confections. They're in a case, so if you want to just sneak in for dessert as take away, you can. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating.“

“I have been ordering E-Cafe for years. The food is always consistent and delicious and the staff is amazing. I always order the same thing (chicken melt with pepper/onions and a side of mac salad). Earlier this week I placed an Uber eats order but the delivery driver stole my lunch and didn't deliver the food. E-Cafe found out about the incident remade my meal and delivered it themselves. I really appreciate that they went out of their way help me out! They get a 1000000/10 from me.“

“The raspberry chip latte with oat milk was amazing. Sometimes people don’t do oat milk the best but this was fabulous. I had the veggie quiche, spinach, pepper, caramelized onion and Navarro cheese. Paired with the mixed greens of arugula, spinach and tomato slice and a dash of balsamic and oil was really great. I wouldn’t say it was the perfectly made quiche but it was amazingly good!! “I came for the matcha on tap and was not disappointed. As a tea drinker there are not many places to find a good matcha. I purchased the iced pistachio matcha and it was amazing. Their summer bun with homemade plum jam was also very tasty. If you are a vegan, there are plenty of options. I will definitely be coming back at least once a week. The staff was very personable.“
