The food was outstanding, and Joe and Monica were incredibly accommodating—communicating clearly right up to the day before the event. “Second time I have been to this restaurant. Both times I have had excellent sandwiches and service. Parking can be tight during busy lunch/ dinner hours. Seating can also be limited. Overall the atmosphere and food are wonderful for a quick meal.“

“I'm not a bar person anymore. With that being said the atmosphere was ok.. typical bar loudness. The waitress was super sweet knowledgable.

Now the food... the menu had a wide variety of choices from seafood to burgers.. our app was maple bourbon tempura Brussels sprouts.. they were amazing the sweetness against the Brussels was nice we also got a queso white chili was really good moderate spice.. Sandy had a cuse burger which had peppers onions bacon cheddar cheese and BBQ hot sauce.. the said the flavor was pretty good.. nice thick fresh burger!. I had Tazieky salmon rice and veggies. The peppers needed to be slice thinner and the cauliflower needed to be cooked they weren't edible..the rest of the veggies were amazing.
We then ordered the raspberry lemon cake..and it was just as described the simple syrup soak on the cake piece was nice. The buffalo trace bourbon coffee!!! Omg that's the smoothest bourbon!!!“

Pool Foose ball and an occasional trip to the porch! still to this day when I travel back to visit Rome Its my Go to spot to enjoy good folks and good music !“

“Let’s start with the food… nothing short of AMAZING. We got an array of food, chicken, veal, pasta, shrimp, calamari. The portion sizes are UNREAL. Enough for at least two meals after you eat. “IT can be noisy. Not the noise level of these obnoxious chain restaurants. The food, and service was great, as I took a very tall gal, to Teddy's on a date. We had a great time, and were seated promptly. The service staff, did not rush us nor were the meals delivered, right after the appetizers as many chain restaurants do to service as many customers as possible.
We also chose Teddy's Restaurant, as we live close by, and had no need to drive there. The other option was a restaurant on North James street. Prices are about the same.
I had the broiled Haddock. Delicious. She had the Big Daddy Chicken sandwich. Italian nachos, was our appetizer. We shared a slice of carrot cake. Delicious.
I just wonder if Teddy's, would serve more people, if it located onto Chestnut street near Griffiss business park. Everything, as gar as jobs, the Copper City is receiving, ends-up on Griffiss.“

“The most absolute amazing salad you can design. Trust me when I say put some hot purple rice in the bottom of the bowl and start building the rest! Fresh grated ginger is a game changer. Don't forget all the free extras by the cash register you can add on. In New Hartford the manager is Austin and he is absolutely incredible! He runs a wonderful establishment and is constantly helping his workers out. My friend and I go here every 3 weeks and have our favorite table we always sit at. Austin even remembers all my toppings all the way to the well done steak. Incredible service and atmosphere.“

“Usually like the food at Mr Gs - I ordered fried fish dinner. Fish was overcooked, coating so hard on bottom of the 2 pieces. The mashed potatoes very dark and dry. The cole slaw was gross, it didnt seem like cabbage, more like kale. Since it was comped I didnt say anything. My wifes brolied fish was ok. The menu is the same old, week in and week out. A prime rib is offered on Weds in December, but why not have prime rib on weekends? Anyways not good last nite but will go again.“

“WOW! The Haddock Beer 🍺 Batter Fish 🐟 Fry was the BEST fish fry EVER! 💕💕💕 So delicious 😋! The tarter sauce was fantastic, it comes with Cole Slaw and steak fries, but I chose Rice Pilaf which was yummy! I highly recommend Rt.69 Steakhouse - it's really cute inside, and the staff is friendly and helpful!

I called to ask for a refund and Camrin, whom I believe to be a manager at the Rome location, immediately apologized for the incident and promptly had a new order remade for me within 10 minutes. On top of that she gave me a complementary dessert for my troubles. Accidents happen, but the matter was handled extremely professional and I was not given a hard time by anyone. Her service was greatly appreciated!“
