“When I was in college I was coming here almost daily to do my work. Sometimes I’d try other places but nothing compared to Mandy Bean.

The coffee is on the “pricier” side but if it was a corporate business no one would bat an eye, so I personally don’t mind because I know regardless of what I order it will be consistently made well and I am more than happy to support a small business.

They are usually busy but if I had to wait for a table/seat I was never waiting for more than 10 minutes. Plenty of parking. Bathroom is always clean. The music is perfect for concentrating on my work. It is a comfortable space for working and also to come with a friend. Their everything seasoned croissant is one of my favorite things ever. The staff is always patient, kind, and knowledgeable. My boyfriend isn’t really into coffee drinks so always finds himself enjoying a seasonal tea. There is something for everyone here.“

“The new owner Octavio is one of the best baristas in the block. He is very respectful, very efficient in the kitchen and his conversation is always interesting and very informative. This is not just a cafe but a place to relieve your stress. This man makes the best coffee in the area by far. Nobody has topped his lattes and his keen eye for the perfect cup of coffee. The waffles are even better, crepes are 10/10 & there’s even a healthy aspect to the menu. Smoothies, Açai Bowls and even Ginger shots! Lastly everything is reasonably affordable, please take time to stop by!“

“I came here for a chopped cheese. The food is good but a little bit overpriced. When I first ordered a chopped cheese on a roll it was $8.50. When I ordered a chopped cheese on a hero it was $11.00.There is a lot of other places that offer similar foods for a more affordable rate.Main take away is the food is good but a little expensive.8/10“

“Easy to get to bc it’s inside Hmart. Has all the basic Korean bakery stuff you need. If you want the whole spread you should go to a stand alone Korean bakery bc they will have more. Free parking lot in the shopping plaza. This way you can go food shopping but also get bakery stuff. My favorite pastry was there which they don’t sell in most Korean bakeries - Soboro custard cream - it’s like coffee cake crunchies on top (but it’s not coffee flavored) with plenty of cream inside. It's $3.75 each which is kind of pricey. But there aren’t many Korean bakeries in Yonkers.

Massive menu options of fresh made food, large juice options including Fresh made juices at the health bar, Salads , Wraps and more plus you can pick up items u may need in the kitchen instead of making a supermarket run. Clean and friendly staff. Great all around business by the waterfront“
