“The new owner Octavio is one of the best baristas in the block. He is very respectful, very efficient in the kitchen and his conversation is always interesting and very informative. This is not just a cafe but a place to relieve your stress. This man makes the best coffee in the area by far. Nobody has topped his lattes and his keen eye for the perfect cup of coffee. The waffles are even better, crepes are 10/10 & there’s even a healthy aspect to the menu. Smoothies, Açai Bowls and even Ginger shots! Lastly everything is reasonably affordable, please take time to stop by!“

Massive menu options of fresh made food, large juice options including Fresh made juices at the health bar, Salads , Wraps and more plus you can pick up items u may need in the kitchen instead of making a supermarket run. Clean and friendly staff. Great all around business by the waterfront“

“The space felt small for how much traffic the location gets. If they store gets updated, definitely improve the ergonomics of the app order pickup bar. The staff were super sweet, friendly, and energetic! The drink was exactly what it was supposed to be.“

“In all my years of living I’ve never received such great customer service. I did not get the workers name but she was such a pleasure. As well as the other staff. So s/o to the the young lady working the register on 9/19 around 10:45am and the rest of the team as well.“

“Been going there for years. Still stop in when in town. One of the few good sandwiches places left in yonkers. Very clean.Great sandwiches. Everything is so fresh right down to the bread. “I came here for a chopped cheese. The food is good but a little bit overpriced. When I first ordered a chopped cheese on a roll it was $8.50. When I ordered a chopped cheese on a hero it was $11.00.There is a lot of other places that offer similar foods for a more affordable rate.Main take away is the food is good but a little expensive.8/10“

“I like this location, the baristas were sweet and very helpful, my drink was good, the ambiance was calm and relaxed. (I wouldn't blame anyone for being grumpy working late on a holiday, but it was the opposite). Not sure about the bad reviews. This was one of my favorite Starbucks visits.
