“Sometimes they forget stuff but they are insanely busy and when they don't forget it, they usually get it absolutely right. Everybody in my family is picky and this is the only McDonald's close to me that has it together with a "ketchup only hamburger" nobody else can pull it.off x“

“Young fella working here. Don't know his name. Tattoos on right forearm. Appeared to be a manager? At any rate, the customer in front of me was returning his food and wanted to file a complaint about it. The young fella gave the customer all the proper information and did so in a very courteous and very professional manner. I was impressed and I tip my hat to him. Usually don't see good customer service from younger generations these days.

“Closest to my place in Doylestown, so I always end up here when I'm out that way, and hungry and sick of cooking lol.

The people are always really friendly and relaxed, which is a feat in and of itself for how fast food work is, especially during rushes. Food is always fresh, crispy and hot 🔥 and that's the main thing I look for at a McDonald's tbh. The rest is just a big plus!“

“The service here has come a long way lately. I ordered a cup of coffee and they brewed a fresh pot for me instead of serving me old burnt coffee (and I didn’t even have to ask for this courtesy.) I went inside and the staff was very friendly.“

“Gwen is one of the best customer service associates I've come across at McDonald's. She's fast efficient and all around friendly and does care about her job and customers. This is one of my favorite locations because of her, and they get my order right every time.“

“Okay but tell me why the staff is actually SO NICE. like everyone that works there is sweet and it seems like they all get along. I legit love it. I went to get my dad some food and asked for extra pickles for me and miss girl hooked me up! The manager is AWESOME. Fast food gets a bad rap for the employees usually but this specific location hired gems! I guess what they say is true, employees make or break establishments. “i ordered delivery through the app and was extremely satisfied. i got everything i ordered (including all miscellaneous items), all items were hot, and it was delivered about 20 minutes earlier than expected. shoutout to whoever was working.“

“Today the A/C was out in the Play Area. They are in the process of having it repaired. (These things happen!)
No complaints, but posting this as an FYI as people may be looking to bring their children there to play to beat the heat.

EDIT: I have been coming here for at least the last 2 years. It can be busy at times... some days we get our food right away, and sometimes it can take awhile, but it all depends on the customer/staff ratio.
The staff has always been super nice to us, and if there have been any issues, they rectify it in a good manner.
Food is McDonalds food, so you know what you are getting.“

“It took forever to get my food, and the fries were actually cold by the time I got to my truck. Plus the prices have gone up and the sandwiches have gotten way smaller... The self check-out is a joke. It seems to slow the ordering process down. As well as a loss of personal contact with the customer base by using these systems.“

If you're trying to catch the 10:30 alarm for breakfast.
Is it a little chaotic everyone is trying to do the same thing - get breakfast before the time ends. Still don't realize why they just won't serve breakfast all day.
