“First time coming, found Mr.Zubs online. The food looked amazing. I ordered carry out from an extremely nice girl. I ordered the Rocky Steak Sub and a side of Mushrooms. The Mushrooms were 7 dollars and I got maybe 7 tiny mushrooms. They were delicious but can’t justify the price. The Steak Sub was so disappointing, no cheese, no mayo, barely any meat extremely small for 11.50$. I only reason for a 5 Star, I can’t penalize the workers. They are told to serve tiny portions. However, unfortunately I will not ever return to this extremely High price low quality food.“

“I ordered sandwiches from Sam’s Club a week before I needed them for a funeral. I expected approximately 50 people. The day before the event, I stopped into Sam’s Club to confirm my order. At first, they couldn’t find the order. Then, after finding it, informed me that they had a staff shortage and couldn’t fulfill my full order. And the only reason they could fill it partially was because they were making those sandwiches anyway to go out in the refrigerator section. No empathy, no concern. Jimmy John’s came to the rescue! With only 24 notice. And BETTER sandwiches!! Thank you, Jimmy John’s!!“

“I stopped in for lunch and was very impressed with both the staff and the food. The team was extremely welcoming and helpful, especially when I couldn’t decide what to order. One of the employees kindly recommended a few options and guided me toward the Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub, which turned out to be an excellent choice. They were also accommodating when I requested extra toppings, which I truly appreciated.

Unlike experiences I’ve had at other locations, the service here was friendly, attentive, and genuine. The food was delicious, and the store itself was clean and inviting. I’ll definitely be returning to this location whenever I’m craving a sub!“

Parking: Large shopping plaza, so plenty of parking. But it's a bit unclear where to enter the lot from Hawkins (not the restaurants fault).“

“I absolutely love this Subway, there are 2 locations closer to my house but I only go to this one. Easy to find, large parking area, and the employees are always pleasant to interact with. Because its small there are times theres only 1 employ working and a line, but I don't mind it. Its worth the wait and time (to me)“
