“called ahead, just to make sure 20 could be accommodated from a funeral. response was "ok". food stayed at window, not served. starters were over an hour to recieve and was cold. did not recieve most of the ordered items, items recieved had to be remade or refused due to a 3 hour back and forth with food. this was our first time in this establishment for many, and sadly 20 peoples last. stear clear of this bar unless you have time to wait and can get drunk enough to not notice your foods wrong, frozen or lacking doneness.“

“Last night our family unexpectedly stopped in while a large group (20ish people. The staff was quick to make space for us and our waitress was amazing. She got all of our orders correct and even helped me order safely w food allergies. The chefs also did a wonderful job. “My son & I, from the Columbus area, were in Milford at dinner time. Not knowing what was available near our location, he looked at what was in the area. This was the only place that was different. He had the mushroom Swiss burger, I had the smallest burger; we both had coleslaw. The burgers were delicious! Being hand-pattied was the special touch, as most come pre-formed. We were seated immediately around 6:00 on a Friday evening. Our waitress was prompt in taking and delivery, attentive without hovering. This was a great dining experience!“

“We booked the upstairs party room for our family Christmas party. Everything was perfect, hall was decorated and festive! They handled everything. The kitchen manager, Chuck Wilson was amazing! “I got take out here twice in January - both for a group of 6+ folks. Also went in with my wife today and had a meal at the bar. They are really great all the way around. Take out was fast, friendly, fresh, correct and everything included.

The bar service today for our lunch - again - fast, fresh, delicious, friendly and couldn't asked for better. The petite dream haired bartender, we didn't get her name, she didn't miss a beat with anything. She was great as well (Wednesday January 28th at about noon). Efficient friendly and pleasant!

Also the gold margaritas with the extra shots were a terrific and a good value at $10. Been to Mexico a dozen times, and these hold their own!

Big portions, fresh baked bread and butter along with everything else. I don't prefer chain restaurants but they've got it figured out here.

Been to many Roosters now in the past 20 or so years and this one is closest and always a favorite if wings are a callin'. Service has been good or sufficient. This wonderful young woman is what every dedicated employee should typify... she actually offered to assist me in opening my butter containers. She even said that she didn't even mind the customers that didn't tip her on occasion. “When you walk in, all of the staff say “Good morning!” with smiles on their faces. It is impossible to leave this place in a bad mood. First, the food is always good and fresh, exactly how you ordered it. I have been several times with my son; The general manager and all staff go out of their way to make him feel special. It’s his favorite place to go and has quickly become mine, too! The service is always fantastic. The staff genuinely care and establish meaningful connections with their patrons. “I was there yesterday 1/14/26 for a tournament for high schools in the area. I found a couple of things I particularly didn't like. There isn't any way the wheelchairs can get up and watch the people bowl. Second the first Lane the number one which is all the way to the left kept breaking down many many times. It was frustrating.
Now on the happy note they did not charge you to watch the games. Best of luck in finding somebody that can fix your machinery.“

“Nothing really sounded good tonight so I threw out some Eastgate suggestions and Bob Evans won the coin toss. It was really a toss up to pick one of our old favorites so i opted for the Fish , cole slaw and mashed potatoes with brown gravy and Mrs. got Farmhouse Favorite with scrambled eggs bacon and pancakes. Oh and the e split a side salad with colonial dressing that was left on the order from a previous order change . My fish was hot, fresh and good however it came on the plate with the brown gravy so did get a little soggy but not enough to return. Nice little bonus it came with 2 onion rings which were quite tasty!
Coke slaw has a nice zing and the salad was super fresh! Not a fan of the dill (?) tartar sauce and would've got cocktail sauce or vinegar instead but opted for ketchup since i already had it on my plate. (Don't be a hater . It's not really that bad on it.)
Mrs eggs were cooked just right and the bacon looked great but had an aftertaste so we didn't eat it at all and should have sent it back and got sausage links instead! Pancakes were spot on .

Our waitress, Jess, didn’t miss a beat with our large group and our food came out without much delay and everything was perfect! The group working tonight really worked together to make up for any issues. Kudos to the crew and the one cook that worked tonight! We appreciate you!“
