“My fish sandwich was semi raw ..fish chewy and grey not white..cashier never gave me receipt so I could complain. .and once in drive thru it's so tight you go over curb trying to leave..once in drive thru you can't leave or go around...fish sucks..for $5.50 go to McDonalds..it's 2/$6..and you get cheese...“

“It's not a bad option if you want to satisfy your craving for fast food. we get the $5.00 value meal with the Mcdouble. I wouldn't recommend the mcchicken with the value meal as I was disappointed with the lack of flavor and texture of pieces- part pressed chicken patty.“

“All around great. Anthony was our server, he immediately gets a 10/10. This was my wife and I's first time here and we will be back. The decor was phenomenal and fit the theme perfectly. We loved the chandeliers and the wood planks hanging above the tables. The food was absolutely perfect. I got the BBQ chicken salad, and I swear I could eat that every day. Our server Anthony was on top of everything. We didn't wanit for a thing thanks to him. Anthony, if you see this, you should consider a career in fine dining. We will definitely be back. Parking: When you park, they use headlights on = you need something.
Headlights off = you are okay and don’t need anything.

“Hi this is a steven, food guy just a steep in the food lunch, got here today I had a monster Burger without the Burger I had a double chicken instead and that was perfectly perfectly cooked absolutely fantastic that was a 9.7 the steak fries were unbelievable cook perfectly they were on 9.9 my mother had a red tavern Burger with what the red tavern sauce which is a 1000 island sauce she gives it a 9 day and and a 9.8 and a And the sweet potato fries she is at A955 9.5 also also the general manager mark It's outstanding A GM Northwest going on very knowledgeable of the business and We will definitely come back again. I am referring to mark at the North Homestead in Ohio the Red Robin and North Homestead Mark is the GM very nice understands business really well.“

Sat outside because it was a nice night, but the service was non existent, and unfortunately there were two guys smoking cigars near us that nobody seemed to want to do anything about, lol...“

CONS: the Shack burger was size of Dave's Single but 6.50. Slices of tomato were very thin. Paper thin lettuce. Hot dog was kinda skinny & came w/ no toppings, all are extra. Asked for cheese sauce on side of fries but they were drowned in the sauce & not crispy as we wanted.
Just started eating on patio (since it was 72deg) but then some jacked loser started smoking right by us so we had to move inside after 2 mins.
PROS: wife liked the veggie burger patty.
Burger tasted fine but not close to top 20.
Not likely we'd come back Cept maybe for a shake at $6-8. Yikes.

“Might just be one of the best burgers from a fast food joint that I have ever eaten. The Pretzel Bits were almost as good as the burger. I could eat those all day long. Service was very good and the tables were clean.
I highly recommend Culver's for my overall positive experience and a sublime burger! Will definitely be back.

“Been out of state for 5 years was looking forward to eating here again. Food is still pretty good. Nice waitress that let us move to a table when it became apparent my elderly guests wasn't going to be able to get in or out of the booth.

Parking: It's a local parking lot and not dedicated to just the restaurant. Any local event fills it up fast. Get there early.“

“Don’t let the outside look fool you into thinking it’s not good! My wife got the chili dog and I grabbed a Big Dave Burger with large fry. Both were outstanding. Fresh cut fries with little salt and deep fried to perfection. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.“

“Characters was one of those places that make you want to take a special trip to go back. I'm from Detroit and I will absolutely return when in the Cleveland area. The food was incredible.

I ordered the wings and a polish taco, being that it was Tuesday. While they were both good, the polish taco was one of the best things I've ever eaten. It had kielbasa, grilled onion, sour cream, sauerkraut, potato filling, on a pierogi bun. The kielbasa was phenomenal. It just seemed to have layers of flavor. The pierogi bun was very interesting too. I'd never tried one but it tasted great as well. It's unfortunate that they only have that polish taco on Tuesdays.

The wings, while not the greatest I've ever tried, had some very unique sauces to offer on the side. I had the suicide sauce and the raspberry BBQ sauce along with ranch and they were quite good. The wings were nice and crispy as well

The atmosphere is a typical bar setting; bar on the left and seating on the right, that's pretty spacious. There is also a patio outside to chill and hang out at.

The waitress was very friendly as well.

“Yesterday we went to Amici pop up bar for a late lunch. There was 4 of us in our party. We were greeted with a very happy and pleasant girl that directed us upstairs for the romantic pop up bar for Valentines Day. The ambiance was spot on for a perfect meal. 3 of the 4 of us got the chicken parmigiana. Absolutely delicious! Best I’ve had ever! The chicken was moist, breading and sauce was delicious and we were sad when it was all gone. Because we ate every bite. Our server, Chris (who was also the bartender) was extremely nice, spent some time chatting with us. We felt so welcome. He didn’t rush us and gave us some history on the restaurant. We will definitely be back very soon. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend Amici’s. ❤️“

“Great people very friendly great food a lot of food good service clean plays helped with questions due to weight loss surgery tried to do their best to answer them even tried to suggest other restaurants so I stayed and waited for their restaurant. Great friendly people couldn't ask for better five stars all the way around. Great food really really awesome. I'm just everywhere. I highly recommend it to anybody. “Excellent burgers. The french fries are so nice and warm, the burgers taste nice and fresh and warm, too. This place is located in SouthPark Shopping Mall, at the food court and it is next to some other restaurants in SouthPark Shopping Mall. The burgers are Halal, and they tasted so good and it was really worth the experience at this restaurant. There are some nice shops nearby and the parking is in the SouthPark Shopping Mall.“

“The sandwiches are good but not something I would crave. The policy of no tap water should maybe be reconsidered. We spent $45 on 2 sandwiches, beer, and lemonade (totally ok with those prices!). But if we're going to spend that much, I think it's pretty reasonable to offer water to customers instead of forcing them to buy bottled water.“
