“This my first time visiting this spot! I’m new to the East side area and as soon as I walked in the door I felt the warmth!

Once you’ve ordered and the food is ready they are able to bring it to your car or you can’t wait inside (which is a huge plus)! The woman at the front counter was so sweet! The chef was amazing as well! I got a warm turkey sub with fries and a drink and it hit the spot!!

“This place is a Columbus staple and childhood favorite, I stopped by this location after many years and it honestly hasn't changed a bit. The service was quick but they were a bit short staffed with the order taker having to run both drive through and the front counter. The food came out quick, hot and fresh. The restaurant itself could use some TLC and updates but it is also a classic spot. Overall, great food and friendly staff.“

“The protein bowl and footlocker cookie are my new go-to! I've bought it at several different locations, so my experiences vary. Service was always friendly, but a couple of workers were noticeably stressed. They were working alone, part of my order was not available in the store.“

“Best customer service I have seen in a while. I ordered 4 subs with turkey on the app, but somehow the actual order didn’t say NO HAM on it and so they prepared the subs with Ham. I did not check it when I picked up but I came back and informed them about it. I am not sure where the mistake happened, but I was willing to let go if they wouldn’t want to make new ones. The owner was so nice and had made all the four subs again without HAM without charging anything extra. Very pleasant service and love the way the owner handled it without any complicated discussion“

“The staff is amazing and friendly up there, they remember your name, always prompt service, definitely one of the best Penn stations I like going to, also I am able to fit my bobtail semi truck on the side of building while I grab my food, and even with all the construction because of the traffic lights it’s easy to exit location and get back on the road. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome at this Penn station.

Parking: Very easy if you’re about to tell, semi truck to park on side of the building and grab your food, and easy to exit right onto the main street with traffic lights so you can get back on the road.“

“There was this kind lady, Daniel, I believe. I like my sub a certain way and she tried her best. Even asked some other blond lady she was with and the lady didn’t know either so daniel GOOGLED how to do it perfectly for me. I tried tipping her and she told me she wouldn’t accept it 10/10 this girl is awesome!“

“I have been to this location several times and I am not sure if it was because of Zach or the multigrain bread, all I know for sure is it was the best Penn Station I have had in years. It was so good that I want more already and I just left.

She left the wallet with my neighbor to make sure that I got it back. Not only are they freaky fast they are incredibly honest and go above and beyond. Oh and their unwiches are also amazing! “Looked up the closest subway to where we were and this one popped up. It is hard to find. Attached to a separate building, around the side and no signage near the road. Despite that there were a few people in the shop. I'm not sure what the guys name was but he was working a closing shift and had glasses. The Philly Chicken wasn't on the grill long enough to melt the Cheese. The entire Sandwich lacked flavor. The meat was unseasoned, extremely bland.
