“The staff is amazing and friendly up there, they remember your name, always prompt service, definitely one of the best Penn stations I like going to, also I am able to fit my bobtail semi truck on the side of building while I grab my food, and even with all the construction because of the traffic lights it’s easy to exit location and get back on the road. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome at this Penn station.

Parking: Very easy if you’re about to tell, semi truck to park on side of the building and grab your food, and easy to exit right onto the main street with traffic lights so you can get back on the road.“

“Good food, friendly staff, and a nice new location. We love the subs, and it is usually a quick experience for lunch or dinner.

On the downside, parking lot is small with too many high traffic businesses in one spot. A little pricey for sandwiches and they could clean the tables more often in between customers.“

“I usually go here when I get tired of eating everything else in the food court. I usually always see the same three ladies working when I do. They always smile and they're always nice when I order! The owner is always sweet as well when she's there! Chicken is always great as are the sandwiches. Now, with the boneless chicken, I just wish Everytime I order it, I don't have to wait 6 minutes as the bone-in is always ready. “Jimmy John's fanatic & former assistant manager from another state here- this is by far the BEST, most consistent & quality Jimmy John's in Central Ohio. They make it exactly as it is ordered; they leave the bread guts in where they're supposed to be (even though I always order a loaded up Giant #12), extra means extra, the bread is always soft & fresh, the management is pleasant & their store is sparkling clean.
