“this is the NASTY gyro I have EVER gotten .the meat has HUGE chunks the tomatoes , paper thin and the Shoe string fries HAD MORE OIL THEN POTATOES I will never again order a thing for. this place . it's Horrible!!!!!!!!! edit : the " manger". is extremely disrespectful! claims this is EDIBLE ( which it is not ! ) he claims he will refund money we shall see ! I can get better quality in a frozen Gyro kit then the quality I Experienced tonight in my 1st visit.. Edited: I wasn't gonna expose this place by name UNTIL NOW ! MAGIC CITY SUBS AND GYROS in fact dirty deleted their RUDE AND DISGUSTING comments to me on Fb before ,blocking me NO ! I ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T GET A REFUND this was my 1st experience at this establishment I don't get to experience things as I wish I could do YES this was my 1st time ever ordering food from Magic City Subs and gyros The HUGE chunks of pink meat was DISGUSTING to look at the texture was horrid The fries aren't freshly cut ! But to top off the crappy food ! Let's take a moment to put the spot light on the OWNER! Blaming THE CUSTOMER For their failing business.. So because he's a Small business owner ! I'm somehow supposed to just HAND HIM MY MONEY on un edible food ? I would never again !!! Order or recommend this PLACE in fact with the poor quilty of food and service I'm thinking an official complaint should be sent to the HEALTH DEPARTMENT! Do not gaslight magic City Subs and gyros Your poor quality isn't a ME problem, Know better ?. Do better !“

“I had one of the best Turkey on Rye Sandwich I ever Inhaled. Dalton and crew have A Clean Fast Friendly Atmosphere. Everything was fresh. As far as Portion. If you can’t finish because of Big Sandwich. Share it with a Friend. It was better than Homemade.“

“I was in The Sub Station today during a very difficult interaction with a customer. The staff handled themselves with as much patience and composure as possible under extreme provocation. After the situation resolved, I was treated kindly, and the team made sure I had a great experience. I got a meatball sub, and now I am stuffed to the rafters! Always choose kindness. I’ll absolutely be back!“

“Love it here!! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The staff is always super friendly and makes me feel welcomed from the moment I walk in. Everything comes out super quickly, and the restaurant is always clean and well-kept. You can tell they take pride in their service and food quality. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving a great sub! I highly recommend!!“

“This by far is the best fast food place in town ya it may cost a bit more but the waffle fries are fresh and not rubbery and the sandwiches are not microwaved to melt the cheese. I would rather pay more for better then pay less to throw away.“

“I eat Jimmy John’s regularly and I’ve gone through the drive-thru the last two days. James has waited on us both days and he was extremely nice both visits. Sandwiches are always amazing. Fast and friendly service! Thank you. Keep up the good work.“

Parking: Off local street parking - their own lot- veey nice

“Typical Subway experience here, the employees are usually fast and friendly at this location. This location is much better than the other two in town. Online ordering is not very good though, they always need things up. I recommend going in and ordering.“

“It's all right.... Not anything else around to eat except pizza. Everything's fine - until there's a problem -- then an odd attitude comes out.Once, I got a "combo," but all she gave me was a drink & sandwich but no chips -- so an uncomfortable argument ensued (for no reason).Last time I was there, I found they now have an obtrusive cover for the products so you cannot visually see any of your options! There is no picture of the breads anymore, either; this wouldn't be a problem, but the bread choices are always changing.... Meh“
“I’m not someone who normally writes reviews, but what happened to me at the Jimmy John’s on [insert location] deserves to be shared with the world.
I recently lost my brother, and the grief has been overwhelming. On one of the worst days, when I truly shouldn’t have been out in public, I walked into Jimmy John’s completely falling apart. I was crying, shaking, and honestly just trying to breathe.
Most people would have ignored me — or pretended not to notice.
But George, working behind the counter that day, didn’t look away.
He looked right at me and gently asked if I was okay. And it wasn’t the polite, automatic kind of question people ask when they hope you’ll say “I’m fine.” It was sincere. It was human. It was someone seeing me when I felt invisible.
When I told him I wasn’t okay, he didn’t judge, didn’t rush, didn’t brush me off. Instead, he softly asked if it would be alright for him to give me a hug. I said yes — because in that moment, I desperately needed that human connection.
He hugged me.
He prayed for me and my family.
He made me feel held, seen, and supported in a way I didn’t even realize I needed.
I walked into Jimmy John’s broken, but I walked out feeling just a little less alone. And sometimes, that tiny bit of comfort is everything.
The food was great, of course — but this review isn’t about sandwiches.
It’s about George, and the kind of compassion you can’t train into someone. Jimmy John’s, please recognize the incredible person you have working for you. He didn’t just serve a customer that day.
He helped carry a grieving woman through one of the hardest moments of her life.
And I will never forget him for that.“

Shop was empty, so the worker asked my name when I walked in & pointed me to the pick up area. Which is nice because some people will let u just wonder around for a bit looking.“

“I absolutely love this Subway, there are 2 locations closer to my house but I only go to this one. Easy to find, large parking area, and the employees are always pleasant to interact with. Because its small there are times theres only 1 employ working and a line, but I don't mind it. Its worth the wait and time (to me)“

“Thank goodness for Latisha! We had made an online order to another store, they delivered half the order in which we were missing the main platter for an event. We were having at 5 PM. We didn’t find this out until about 1:30 PM – 2 PM. I called Subway and got Latisha and told her what we needed and less than 60 minutes she created enough mini subs to feed 50+ people! She saved our day for sure!“

“It's a subway...BUT it was the weekend of the country music festival and the girl behind the counter was extremely overworked. That being said she was very professional and just powered through it. I don't recall her name but she needs a raise.“
