“We just had a wonderful dinner at Noosa's Bistro. Kellie, our server, was very pleasant & efficient. My husband and I shared a wonderful beet salad -- the dressing is superb, and plenty for both of us. I enjoyed the sea scallops on zucchini fritter appetizer-- enough dinner for me! My husband had the smallest size of prime rib, and still brought half of it home. This is the first time we've been to the Bistro. We frequented the old Noosa Restaurant on Rte 20 near 306 years ago. I was delighted to see that the atmosphere and meal at the Bistro was just as nice. We'll be back!“

“Where do I start ? Came for dinner Wednesday night and then came for dinner Thursday again. That should say something . I’m beyond impressed by the Staff and the establishment, it beyond exceeded my expectations. We have a lot of fine dining in the Poconos region with some higher end restaurants and this place exceeded them. The quality of the food is superior. Take a look at some of the pics of the food we ordered. Ended up meeting Sean the head chef and impressed how he runs his kitchen , everything goes with the flow . Make sure you make a reservation :) we ended up not making one and we got seated over looking the kitchen and it was the best place. You see all the action. Can’t wait to come back from Poconos. “Food is tasty at a great price. it's a very welcoming restaurant with good service. That said we got four dishes and a soup: (1) the tuna salad was excellent (although the menu says it contain cucumbers and it did not), (2) the pasta Santa Fe was quite good but could have used a few more vegetables for the price, (3) the tortellini Florentine soup was OUTSTANDING! (4) the Italian sub was WORLD CLASS! (5) and the meatballs were fresh and flavorful but toooo salty.“
