“Bringing Hunter here from West 150th was the best thing that could ever happen I stopped coming to this location for quite a while due to poor service and now because you guys brought Hunter here this is one of my favorite locations again I go to Starbucks multiple times Between a few locationsa day and Hunter is 100% by far one of the best baristas ever!“

“I had to give a five star rating! I work next to an actual Starbucks store & this one that’s located inside of Target is always better than the actual Starbucks location… Just look at this Frap!!! Need I say more… The employees are also always very kind considering how busy they can get. I will forever visit this location.“

“I actually stopped in at Star bucks Inside of Jacks Casino to pick up one of those Large Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos and it was the Bomb Diggity. Absolutely freaking delicious. Yummy in my Tummy, lol. Yes, it may be somewhat expensive but once in awhile, I have to splurge and pick one up and enjoy every minute of my (ME) time and that's the name of that tune, Thank you.“

“I just went in this store and had the best service by the sweetest barista Josiah!! My drinks were perfect and he was super friendly… unfortunately while we were talking his manager (name started with an S) shorter dirty looking lady walks up and rudly interrupted us and scolded him for not marking cups. This young man respectfully apologized to her and seemed so uncomfortable. I pulled her aside and told her it’s a holiday she shouldn’t be so mean to her employees in front of customers and wished her a happy Thanksgiving she proceeded to scream at me she hopes I have the worst Thanksgiving ever. 0 stars for her 5 for him“

“lemme tell you something. my bus said 4 minutes, right? Ran in, ordered my usual but forgot to say iced for my blonde vanilla latte, after correcting my order and apologizing profusely for the error (me not saying iced). THEY SOMEHOW REMADE MY DRINK ND GOT ME MY CHOCOLATE CROISSANT IN TIME!! Mind you, it was packed inside and it was rush hour. I made it for the bus :). thank you starbucks, you’re my favorite starbucks location .Workers there are so kind too! love them“

“This Starbucks is the local pre-order coffee spot. Early mornings cars have room to park, so customers can run in, grab their preorders, and leave. The coffee is excellent. So what if it’s a chain? The gentle people serving are sweet accommodating and efficient.“

“This by far is my favorite Starbucks. I have one inside my job but I always go to this one in the steelyard before heading to work because they have the best baristas and even at 6am they always greet me with smiles, great energy and amazing customer service. Faith, Christian, Ethan & Jae are literally my favorite baristas in the morning or after a long overnight on call shift because they get my drink just right EVERYTIME and the awesome energy they put out just get me going. I will forever RAVE about them.“

“I have a friend who is stuck on iced coffee which sounded really gross to me. Coffee should be HOT, I thought. My friend convinced me to try one while he was buying one. So, while in the new StarBucks in the West Park Shopping Center, I tried their iced pumpkin coffee whatever-it-is. Man, I sucked that baby down in 10 minutes. Then I cleaned my entire house, garage, and cut the grass. I can see why Starbucks is so popular. This stuff is liquid speed.The store itself is very clean. There was an army behind the counter and one person doing nothing but cleaning everything. The interior is pretty cool with large windows and a patio area beyond. There were many people in the drive up and inside around 2 PM on a Saturday.I sat down at one of the tables to wait for my pumpkin iced whatever-it-was and checked out the others in the room. Everyone was by themselves and engrossed in their laptops and phones.Starbucks is definitely a hit with the younger crowd. I was the oldest in the building - by about 20 years. If I decide to hang out there more often, I will have to work on my man bun, get my nose pierced, and color my hair purple.The new Starbucks in the West Park Shopping Center is just one of many coffee shops in the WP. “We used several of The Cleveland Clinic locations . Most buildings have one. The staff was polite and although a few times they were really busy. The got our orders in a timely fashion. Everything was consistently good especially the hot ham and cheese ( my personal favorite) the blueberry scones were also quite tasty.“

“I have skimmed some other reviews, and while others had a lot of negative things to say about the attitudes of staff at this location, I experienced the exact opposite. I went through the drive-thru for my iced coffee today and the lady working the window was one of the nicest people I have ever encountered in a drive-thru. She was extremely polite, warm, and friendly. Kudos to her for being kind in a world that isn't always so. I only have one trivial complaint/suggestion, and that is that liquid sugar should be the standard sweetener in iced beverages unless otherwise requested. It's a bit exasperating trying to mix granulated sugar into an iced coffee. That being said, once I was able to get it mixed, it was the yummy caramel macchiato I was craving.“

“Everyone loves Starbucks... It's kind of like wearing that right fashion or something.. If you like strong coffee, they got it.. If you like a lighter blend, they got it . They have some good cool drinks with crazy tastes but you will pay for this experience to say you tried it.. When I am in Phoenix, they are everywhere and there is always a line . Judge your time accordingly.. My girl loves the place for their tea.. If you haven't tried it, you have been living in the moon and I welcome you back to Earth!!! Enjoy Americans..“

“Any time I've been to this location, they're slammed. Despite this, the crowd of people waiting, and the pile of mobile orders ready for pickup, I've never waited more than a minute or so to order and few minutes for my drink to be ready. Runs like a well-oiled machine and drink quality is top-notch. Mika made my Caramel Macchiato the past two mornings, and it was fantastic!“

“I can't tell you how many times that I don't forget to go in this establishment and leave with the best coffee that I've ever had. Hi I'm Juno and I go in Starbucks every morning to get a dragon fruit lemonade. I'm not sure if that's the precise name for it but other than getting any coffee or lemonade I specifically go to this location to try and make some friends. Not just with the staff but with some of the people on campus. The staff are precise and very well mannered. As busy as they get they never fail to create the best environment and give the best service. I can be antisocial sometimes but walking in there makes me feel comfortable.“

“I traveled there two weeks ago, I needed a pick me up after a long flight C22. The line was so long and the other employees were rude to me during ordering, until the man with the glasses took over. The man making my drink talked me into trying oatmilk for the first time and i love it now. It was so delicious. I gave 4 star only because he very happy to make my drink. I was so grateful.“
