“I actually stopped in at Star bucks Inside of Jacks Casino to pick up one of those Large Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos and it was the Bomb Diggity. Absolutely freaking delicious. Yummy in my Tummy, lol. Yes, it may be somewhat expensive but once in awhile, I have to splurge and pick one up and enjoy every minute of my (ME) time and that's the name of that tune, Thank you.“

“I would got here very often about a year ago before moving.I would go with my baby everyone was so nice.Often my drink and food items would be handed to me while I was sitting down since I had a baby.This was my treat since I was often alone due to my husbands work.So thank you to every single one of you workers ! You all truly would make my day“

“My spouse visits this Starbucks weekly and sure, I benefit from time to time. But after the weekend I had, dropping a 30oz Dragonfruit and Mango Refresher on a 90 degree day was a big sad face. And so, I thought Id give it a shot and ask a barista for a remake despite my fault and shame. Nat didn't hesitate to start the remake despite the long line. Nevertheless, I conceded to a more simple drink instead but Nat insisted that the choice was mine if I decided to wait. Listen, Id have understood if I was declined and would have made a humble exit. Indeed, to some, this would
be labeled a 'kind gesture' but for me, it will be an exemplar customer service experience I'll never forget. Yup, big smiley face with a tear. No exaggeration.“

“This by far is my favorite Starbucks. I have one inside my job but I always go to this one in the steelyard before heading to work because they have the best baristas and even at 6am they always greet me with smiles, great energy and amazing customer service. Faith, Christian, Ethan & Jae are literally my favorite baristas in the morning or after a long overnight on call shift because they get my drink just right EVERYTIME and the awesome energy they put out just get me going. I will forever RAVE about them.“

“I come here more often than one should probably admit - I’m a Starbucks addict. The staff here are always friendly, my drinks delicious every time, they have never messed anything up in my order, they are efficient and all around amazing.“

“I had to give a five star rating! I work next to an actual Starbucks store & this one that’s located inside of Target is always better than the actual Starbucks location… Just look at this Frap!!! “Recently, I've been spending a significant amount of time at the main campus due to my health needs, so this stop here at SB has become part of my self-care routine. It’s always busy, employees are usually always hustling, but despite the stress they’re always pleasant and I’m grateful for that.However, a reminder to all how it can be a bit challenging for everyone regardless of employment or patronage when dealing with individuals who notoriously order “that 2XL strawberry drink” and insists on “each strawberry piece being removed by hand,” causing for unnecessary delays. Dietary requirements vary and should not be confused with being unreasonable.Let's all remember to contribute positively to the overall atmosphere and benefit to everyone.“

“This Starbucks is the local pre-order coffee spot. Early mornings cars have room to park, so customers can run in, grab their preorders, and leave. The coffee is excellent. So what if it’s a chain? The gentle people serving are sweet accommodating and efficient.“

“Posting under my husbands account…. Shout out to this Starbucks for being the kindest Starbucks ever. I ran across the street to grab a coffee, I (cash in my hand) and then they were cashless, I said ok thank you, with a smile a course and went to leave, the barista stopped and asked me what I was getting and insisted in purchasing our coffees? “My visits here always wonderful, this latest visit I forgot to taste it before I left I didn't want to burn my mouth. When I finally tried it was very weak, every other time my pecan crunch latte with 2 stevia stirred in was starting to really like it until today. I've been trying to try different things and food and drinks. I wonder which one I should try next?“

“We used several of The Cleveland Clinic locations . Most buildings have one. The staff was polite and although a few times they were really busy. The got our orders in a timely fashion. Everything was consistently good especially the hot ham and cheese ( my personal favorite) the blueberry scones were also quite tasty.“

“I have a friend who is stuck on iced coffee which sounded really gross to me. Coffee should be HOT, I thought. My friend convinced me to try one while he was buying one. So, while in the new StarBucks in the West Park Shopping Center, I tried their iced pumpkin coffee whatever-it-is. Man, I sucked that baby down in 10 minutes. Then I cleaned my entire house, garage, and cut the grass. I can see why Starbucks is so popular. This stuff is liquid speed.The store itself is very clean. There was an army behind the counter and one person doing nothing but cleaning everything. The interior is pretty cool with large windows and a patio area beyond. There were many people in the drive up and inside around 2 PM on a Saturday.I sat down at one of the tables to wait for my pumpkin iced whatever-it-was and checked out the others in the room. Everyone was by themselves and engrossed in their laptops and phones.Starbucks is definitely a hit with the younger crowd. I was the oldest in the building - by about 20 years. If I decide to hang out there more often, I will have to work on my man bun, get my nose pierced, and color my hair purple.The new Starbucks in the West Park Shopping Center is just one of many coffee shops in the WP. “I can't tell you how many times that I don't forget to go in this establishment and leave with the best coffee that I've ever had. Hi I'm Juno and I go in Starbucks every morning to get a dragon fruit lemonade. I'm not sure if that's the precise name for it but other than getting any coffee or lemonade I specifically go to this location to try and make some friends. Not just with the staff but with some of the people on campus. The staff are precise and very well mannered. As busy as they get they never fail to create the best environment and give the best service. I can be antisocial sometimes but walking in there makes me feel comfortable.“

“I don’t understand why it takes forever for a drink. I know it is really busy but I work evening shifts when I’m going back home I order 20 minutes in advance and still I have to wait for extra time. Even though there are not busy. I’ve noticed that they talk too much and when they talk they stop working. One time there was a guy who was getting my order, he literally took almost 10 mins just to do one drink + he had to repeat it because he missed it the first time“

“Everyone loves Starbucks... It's kind of like wearing that right fashion or something.. If you like strong coffee, they got it.. If you like a lighter blend, they got it . They have some good cool drinks with crazy tastes but you will pay for this experience to say you tried it.. When I am in Phoenix, they are everywhere and there is always a line . Judge your time accordingly.. My girl loves the place for their tea.. If you haven't tried it, you have been living in the moon and I welcome you back to Earth!!! Enjoy Americans..“

“I traveled there two weeks ago, I needed a pick me up after a long flight C22. The line was so long and the other employees were rude to me during ordering, until the man with the glasses took over. The man making my drink talked me into trying oatmilk for the first time and i love it now. It was so delicious. I gave 4 star only because he very happy to make my drink. I was so grateful.“
