“I came in their 30 mins before closing last night and the MOD ( Teryn) was hands down amazing even tho they were about to close she still had a smile on her face while taking my order with zero complaints we need more managers like her maybe more business would last. “Firehouse Subs is one of our favourite sandwich shops that we know of. This particular location is semi new and although we've gotten takeaway from here a few times this was our first time eating inside. It's a very clean restaurant and looked very good. Also the staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. I tried out their Italian Sub which came with salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone, mayo, deli mustard, and Italian dressing (it also came with onion, lettuce, and tomato all of which I left off.) The meats were all plentiful and delicious here as was all of the toppings. It was as good of an Italian Sub as I've ever had. The prices are more than reasonable and the sandwiches are super delicious. Firehouse gets a big thumbs up from me.“

“We went based on Izzy's top ranking for steak and looked forward to a special steak meal with dear friends. Izzy's service was amazing, drinks, sides, beef bourginon were great but compared to other top steak houses we were let down. The ribeye was not as thick as expected and not the quality of beef as expected. No steaks were offered with bone in.“

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“Wife and I love coming to Firehouse. For the first time today, my daughter saw they had Gluten-Free sub bread!!! She has Celiac disease and her normal choices are Taco Bell or limited items at Chipotle. She said the sub she had was amazing! The bread was awesome!“

“I've been going here for years. Here lately I've been visiting daily. Sometimes the staff are a little on edge I would say. This is a fairly busy restaurant so I get it. The food is amazing. I love their Cold Deli Sandwichs. They're having a very good deal right now on Tuesday you can buy a sandwich and get one free. It's for the Bengals. Win or lose, every Tuesday, free sandwich. Don't forget to tip them. They deserve it.“

“I walked in the door around 2 PM (peak high sun) and the cashier told me that he was mad that he couldnt go shoot M252 at Nebraska. Now idk what that means but I think he may have an odd obsession with the B and O signals along the Indiana Sub. He then started crying since the signals are coming down on Wednesday, he said that he wants to shoot Laughery, West Osgood, Cochran Junction, and Pierceville. He seemed really obsessed with Pierceville for some reason but whatever, im more of a Dabney guy. Anyways the sandwich was called the Indiana “Sub” it had salt, vinegar, and a full cucumber on it, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will be back on Wednesday!“

“This location isn't Kentucky where we go to pick up our cigarettes at a cheaper price than Ohio has them so we stop here quite often to pick up a good sandwich. The quality of the selections are awesome. The staff is always friendly and inside is always clean. I do wish they would have some swiss cheese though just saying. Other than that like I said we go there often so I love the place. Most people don't carry cash anymore and use our debit cards. I wish there was an option to put the tip but there is not so make sure you bring cash for a tip

Parking: It's a nice small strip mall but there's parking right in front and a small parking lot.“
