“I came in their 30 mins before closing last night and the MOD ( Teryn) was hands down amazing even tho they were about to close she still had a smile on her face while taking my order with zero complaints we need more managers like her maybe more business would last. Want good food and great service go see Teryn I guarantee you will go back.“

“The new menu offerings we tried were delicious. The staff was helpful and patient as we worked through a larger order for the family. The interior of the restaurant wasn't as comfortable or clean as other Subway restaurants we've visited, but we were able to enjoy the food and the conversation with the family.“

“Firehouse Subs is one of our favourite sandwich shops that we know of. This particular location is semi new and although we've gotten takeaway from here a few times this was our first time eating inside. It's a very clean restaurant and looked very good. Also the staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. I tried out their Italian Sub which came with salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone, mayo, deli mustard, and Italian dressing (it also came with onion, lettuce, and tomato all of which I left off.) The meats were all plentiful and delicious here as was all of the toppings. It was as good of an Italian Sub as I've ever had. The prices are more than reasonable and the sandwiches are super delicious. Firehouse gets a big thumbs up from me.“

“The food is incredibly delicious! You’ll crave it once you taste it. 🥰 The only issue is that they go through new staff like water and don’t seem to treat them well or provide the necessary training.

I have visited this store for three years so I know I have had enough time to evaluate— you will always have delicious food 🥘 staff may be new and improperly trained.“

“Izzy's is one of our guilty pleasures! Since we're both retired and we don't eat out as often, we'll stop in to Izzy's occasionally. Hubby loves the beef barley soup and I love many of the sandwiches and potato cakes. It's a bit more than we like to spend for lunch but we consider it a great treat for all of our years of hard work! ?“

“Wife and I love coming to Firehouse. For the first time today, my daughter saw they had Gluten-Free sub bread!!! She has Celiac disease and her normal choices are Taco Bell or limited items at Chipotle. She said the sub she had was amazing! The bread was awesome!“

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“Sandwich was good, but somehow every single employee must be deaf. I was going crazy repeating everything I said 8 times. Also, the lack of menu by the order counter makes no sense. I don't know what you have and shouldn't have to stand there and google. Could use work, but the sandwich as I said was good.“

“I walked in the door around 2 PM (peak high sun) and the cashier told me that he was mad that he couldnt go shoot M252 at Nebraska. Now idk what that means but I think he may have an odd obsession with the B and O signals along the Indiana Sub. He then started crying since the signals are coming down on Wednesday, he said that he wants to shoot Laughery, West Osgood, Cochran Junction, and Pierceville. He seemed really obsessed with Pierceville for some reason but whatever, im more of a Dabney guy. Anyways the sandwich was called the Indiana “Sub” it had salt, vinegar, and a full cucumber on it, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will be back on Wednesday!“

“I suspect the low reviews are racist, I visited today and the restaurant was very clean and tidy, the counter top was clean, plenty of veggies that all looked great, and everything tasted delicious. staff was polite and kind. kinda expensive but that's corporates fault“

“This location offers the same wonderful tasting food as others in the chain, but this one actually manages not to put cheese on my Philly steak when I order it "no cheese." My hats off to the staff here for getting it right the first time, everything (or very close to it).“

“I go in for my grandpa often and they are always so kind and nice to not only me but my littles! I wish I knew the man’s name but he always makes my day with how kind he is to my kids. He always gives them a cookie each as well :) I absolutely adore him!“

“It was a busy and hot day around lunch time. The place was busy. Many employees behind the counter. I used to work at a Subway and know how it feels. The customers are paying almost top dollar for their food now and should get what they ask for, but I am never too demanding. I asked for the foot long garlic steak and the new Doritos thing on the side, and the lady at the cash register tried to upsell with some chips, of course, but I had more than enough. The soda was awesome, some restaurants don't have good drinks, but Subway quenched my thirst. And of course, I would feel guilty if not leaving a tip because, again, I worked for one Subway and looked forward to getting a tip, no matter how small was very appreciated and they were fast and friendly enough. The food was okay, I probably should have gotten the tuna, because I love garlic but the footlong didn't have much of a garlic taste. I think they are trying too many new things which takes away from what they already have which has been proven to be delicious. My cats ate my leftovers with pleasure.“

“This is the best subway I've ever ate at, the employees are nice as could be and really know how to make a proper sandwich exactly how everyone wants it. They completely satisfy me every time I eat here and I'd rather go here than any other subway“

“This location isn't Kentucky where we go to pick up our cigarettes at a cheaper price than Ohio has them so we stop here quite often to pick up a good sandwich. The quality of the selections are awesome. The staff is always friendly and inside is always clean. I do wish they would have some swiss cheese though just saying. Other than that like I said we go there often so I love the place. Most people don't carry cash anymore and use our debit cards. I wish there was an option to put the tip but there is not so make sure you bring cash for a tip

Parking: It's a nice small strip mall but there's parking right in front and a small parking lot.“
