“Holy cow what a place!!!! The burger was soooo good, the fries were incredible, that queso they give you is so good, just incredible tasting!! The only con is the price, for a burger and then if you want to combo it for fries and a drink is almost 20 dollars 🤯!!! That was a little too much for me, but I spent it anyway cause it looked very good, and it was very good. Probably wouldn't combo it again cause it was way too expensive to combo it, but if you want to spend the big bucks you can do that.“

“I like the industrial atmosphere inside of the place. My wife and I both got walleye fish frys. They were $20 a piece and maybe I'm spoiled because I'm from the Milwaukee area, but the three midsize pieces of walleye really didn't cut it. There could have been at least one more piece. I felt like I paid $5 for fish and 15 for french fries The waitress was attentive and pleasant.“

“Stopped in for the Saturday steak special was not disappointed. The steaks were delicious sides are huge you could swap the baked potato for anything, you get a side salad too, we also had cheese curds. Service was good. It was packed the bar is a bit tight but worth the wait.“

The Burger was good. Got the signature. My girlfriend through it tasted pretty close to In and Out, but I didn't get that vibe. It was good, but not THAT good. Was well seasoned and tasted how a burger should if you made it yourself at home. The potentially potato bun was nice since it held up and didn't become a soggy diaper like Five Guys. Wanna try the Flaming Hot Burger and the Cool Ranch one next

It's at the mall, so the atmosphere was nothing crazy. I will say that the menu does not list the nutritional values/calorie counts and even on verbal request, the employees could not provide it to us, which I'm pretty sure is illegal.“

Shake Shack is great for dine-in or takeout. It’s a bit pricey, but the hospitality was top-tier. Jenna, the general manager, was so kind and full of energy. She let us know there would be a wait, took a moment to talk with us, and shared details about a contest and the brand’s international background. That level of care made the experience memorable. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Might just be one of the best burgers from a fast food joint that I have ever eaten. The Pretzel Bits were almost as good as the burger. I could eat those all day long. Service was very good and the tables were clean.
I highly recommend Culver's for my overall positive experience and a sublime burger! Will definitely be back.

“On business trip to US, i had dinner at Five Guys in Middleburg Heights. I ordered the Cheese Burger with lettuce tomato and large fries and a peanut butter milkshake.
The burger was pretty good, not amazing but quite good - the fries were tasty and i received A LOT in the bag :) However the highlight was the shake, real tasty and recommended“

“Update: I went for a second time and realized a place shouldn’t be judged by one experience. No mistakes on the order this time, food was still good . Good but not great .

I eat a decent amount of fast food and I was surprised myself that I hadn’t tried Culver’s. So I made the drive to this location about 15 minutes from me . I heard good things about the onion rings and I had ordered a large one but of course my first order and it was missing. I don’t really mind getting a few orders wrong when I go go to a place lot of times but first time kind of rubbed me the wrong way.

Food was decent . Chicken sandwich doesn’t compare to Chick Fil A at all.“

“This is the only location for Mr. Hero's that I go to.
This store is always the cleanest and friendliest restaurant that I go to.
I work a lot and I pay for everything on my own.
So when I spend my money somewhere I'm not only spending my money but I am also spending the time that I used to get that money, and time is something we can never get back. Food quality and accuracy is the most important thing to me when I am spending my money. The people here always are super friendly and they always keep the store super clean. You never have to wait long for your food at all when you go here. I always tell people about this specific location when we bring up places that we like to eat because I love eating here more than just about anywhere else. Caring about my food is caring about my life and they definitely make sure you're getting the quality that you're paying for with the money you spent so much time earning. It's not far from the highway at all, in fact it's very close. If anyone doesn't have time to cook or is out and about being busy and working and can't afford to spend too long waiting for food, I seriously recommend you stop into this location and get yourself something to eat. I promise you you will never wait long at all.out of all of the Mr. Hero's in the different cities and townships of Lorain County, this is literally the only one I go to for a while now because of how clean they are and how good they prepare my food. You will never ever get low quality food from this location, I promise. Every dollar I spend here is an investment for their business and they take great pride in making sure your investment into them is returned to you with the best quality and service.

“The food was very good. However, I ordered boneless wings to go for my daughter and a burger with the boneless on the side for my husband so the bun wouldn't get soggy. Unfortunately, the wings were bone in (she still ate them thank God) and the bun is soggy under the burger. We will try again another time. Drinks and the Italian wrap were top tier.“
