I am very picky but knowing this I am also very thorough in ordering so the forgot to add the extra vegetable that I wanted but the quality and flavor of the food made up for it. “I eat here all the time, and every single experience has been amazing. Their food tastes just as good when I take it home! When I order delivery, they always pack the noodles and soup separately, so when I get home, the noodles are still perfectly chewy.Their Dan Dan hand stretch noodle is honestly the best noodle dish I’ve ever had. If you usually order stir-fried noodles, definitely upgrade to the hand pulled noodle— it’s on another level! Their noodles are nothing like the store-bought kind; you can tell they’re hand-pulled from the texture alone, they are so springy.And the soup dumpling are absolutely incredible. “The chef, I think he is the owner said that Chow Fun is his best. I also recommend that menu if you want to try some non-Americanized Chinese food. There's some extra chilly oil on the shelves, put them in your plate and you might feel different. The picture I attached is Malatang.“

“Their food is delicious!!! There are so many vegetables in their food. It is much less oily than other places. Because I don't order ahead, I wait at a table. I watch people come, get their order, and go for the entire time I wait. My favorite is chicken with vegetables ordered a spicy. The veggies included broccoli, snowpeas,carrots, baby corn, bamboo shoots, and fresh mushrooms. The broccoli was very crunchy, not overcooked.

This time, the takeout was in a styrofoam container that leaked in the bag, causing precious sauce to be lost. Previous orders were served in plastic containers with tight lids that didn't leak. I'm hoping this was an anomaly, not the new normal.

“This summer I spent a month in Taiwan and have been missing the food terribly. Lan Zhou reminded me so much of the small little noodle shops with incredible food I grew to love while abroad. Their beef noodle soup was lovely- the greens on top were perfect and the beef was tender. I prefer a slightly more springy noodle, and these were very soft and tender- not my favorite, but I can't complain.
I'm very excited to return.“

“I doordashed mr wok this evening after going for a run. I couldn't stop thinking about pork dumplings and Mongolian chicken. I always get fried dumplings but they are often more like steamed dumplings. I asked mr wok to please make mine extra crispy. Holy crap, these things are perfect! This is now my go to for Chinese dishes. Thank you!“

“Hands down the best Chinese food in the Columbus area. You can order anything from here and you won’t be disappointed. My personal favorite is the spicy wings with green onions. I give them 4/5 stars. I would give 5, but they are a little stingy with sauces and when you ask for more they just give you one more and you don’t want to keep asking for more, so you leave with less sauce than you want lol. But overall, highly recommended.“

“Just walking in and I knew it was gonna be good. They don't waste money on decor. The staff were friendly and the food seemed authentic. Definitely different than most American knock offs.

We got 3 dishes:

The stir fry ramen was good. Perfect lunch fair and great for little mouths.

The squid had great flavor and was pleasantly spicy.

The tofu was very spicy but was missing something. Not sure what but seemed lacking.

I appreciated my ice water but the husband got the walovi. It was pleasant and herbal.

All of these dishes are easily shareable so a great place for a lunch date.“

“I have been coming here over the years so today it was nice to bring my kids somewhere that I have been coming to, every so often, since I was in my teens. I have no complaints.
And actually, my son dropped some sesame chicken on himself and on the ground and the lady immediately came over and helped clean him up and his clothes. I was focused on cleaning the floor and table but she didn’t even notice those, only the mess on my son. She showed much compassion in this moment in my eyes.

“We went to the Ace of Cups to watch a performance by Galactic Empire yesterday and we're hungry so we went across the street to Northeast Chinese restaurant. This little hidden spot for most folks turned out to be some of the best Chinese food that I have eaten in my life and I have eaten Chinese food all over the world. The portions are huge, the price is good and the staff very friendly. I recommended anybody traveling through Columbus that might want some good Chinese food, to look this place up and go there and eat.“

We were surprised that the place had been closed for quite some time as it was our go-to place for Chinese takeout. It has been a staple for Marcus theatre area for many many years. It finally reopened under new ownership, but no sign.

The owner was there to greet us and show us the menu. Very nice guy and felt welcomed. We ordered the orange chicken, bokchoy dish, and chicken egg roll. Food was hot and the bokchoy was our favorite dish. Orange chicken wasn't the best but wasn't bad either (would get again). My only gripe is that the prices are similar to a sit-down full-service restaurant and not your typical take-out Chinese food prices. While I would love to come here again the price is way too high for us as we like to go get a quick meal before a movie, etc. I get it the prices need to be adjusted to match inflation/food costs but the price point before new ownership was so good.

All in all, I do want to try the other dishes as the food was good but it won't be on a regular basis as the prices are not competitive with traditional TOGO Chinese places.

Pepper steak was very tasty rice was cooked perfect green peppers were cooked perfectly as were the onions and every part of the pepper steak was proportioned evenly, some places will throw an abnormal amount of onions in the mix to try and save a buck.

“I am very picky when I decide to eat Chinese food. I haven't had a very good time here in Columbus. I have a couple of trusted places, but today I welcome you all to my list of favorites. Delicious... We ordered the house rice with lo mein with meat, egg rolls, and orange chicken, and everything came out delicious. It was enough for 4 people. I recommend it.“

“I order from Wangs regularly on DoorDash, and I have never had a complaint. One time I received the wrong order, but only because the dasher gave me the wrong one. Even though the options were wrong. It was still good.

Recently I stopped by in person to pick up an online order. The staff was very friendly, and even though I was early for the pickup time, the manager apologized multiple times that they were not making the food fast enough. When I asked to buy an extra crab Rangoon, he tossed it in for free for the wait (again, they were not actually running behind!).
