It is ran by a New General Manager it's been a little over a Year now and she is Amazing, makes you feel Welcomed. Her Staff respects her and they all work hard together to come above and beyond your dining experience. Give em a try.“

“Great food in overwhelmingly large portions for a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for? Their large gyro is genuinely big enough for two meals. Service is fast and respectful, very good about asking you how you want things done or what toppings you want. “My daughter and I stopped in today for the first time. The tea we got was soooo good and we are not tea drinkers. Here is only place we will get tea. The atmosphere and vibes are very chill. Five Guys recently switched from serving fries in cups to using paper bags, and it caused some confusion about portion sizes. Ben immediately stepped in, listened, and rectified the issue right away without any hesitation or attitude. He was calm, professional, and made sure everything was handled fairly and correctly.

I really appreciate how he turned a potentially frustrating moment into a great experience. Ben is exactly the kind of employee you hope to run into. Five Guys is lucky to have him.“

“I can't say anything about atmosphere because it is super cold and I was at the drive thru. The girl at the window was nice and the service was quick and accurate. “First time back in 15 years. I didn't even know they opened up here! (I live 35min away) came a little later in the evening (8:15pm) unfortunately I got what was left of the bottom of the barrel and scraps. HOWEVER, friendly service, place was clean, Queso and chips are bomb!! Everything here still has so much more flavor than Chipotle. Not to mention way more options to choose from and no additional charge for guacamole or queso on your entree. I worked at Qdoba in Macedonia as one of my first jobs almost 20 years ago. It's definitely a little bit different now, but im so glad to see Qdoba is back in business!!! Can't wait to go back, to treat my mom & son! <3 they're going to love it.“

“This Subway has quietly become one of my go-to lunch spots downtown. It’s within walking distance of work, which is clutch, and even though it gets absolutely slammed during the lunch rush, the workers are consistently friendly and keep things moving.

The staff always seem to have a good attitude, which honestly makes a difference when a place is packed. Ordering through the app makes it super convenient, and with all the promotions and Sub of the Day deals, it’s actually one of the more affordable lunch options around.

“I don't expect much from many fast food restaurants. If my order comes out in a reasonable amount of time and they have given me all my items, that's about all I can ask for.

This place, generally, delivers all of that. I drive the extra 5 minutes to avoid the Wadsworth Taco Bell bc this location (usually) has better, quicker service and is less likely to mess up the order. There have been some times when making modifications (like extra chicken or whatever) where some things are missed. But all in all, we are usually satisfied.“

“I work in the area and order lunch to pick up at least once a week. The lady at the front counter is ALWAYS the sweetest and helpful. She always has a smile on her face and makes sure I don't forget to grab my drink on the way out. The food is always hot and tastes fabulous.“

“The food is good and the service is mostly good. However… The soda machine has tasted terrible for almost two years, especially the Diet Coke. It taste like straight carbonated water. We’ve told the staff each time we go in and they just shrug their shoulders. Fix it, or get a new machine! Also, with everyone in the world complaining about fresh water shortages, you would think they’d repair the mens bathroom sink hot water spigot. Like the soda machine, its been broken for two years. It is a constant stream. I would’ve thought the owner would repair it to save on his water bill…heck it’s only a $10 valve! But, just like the soda machine, the staff just shrugs their shoulders as if its no big deal. After telling the staff about both issues many times over the past two years, I thought posting it in a public forum would help motivate the owner in his repairs.“
