“This is the nicest small Subway I have encountered. A little hole in the wall place, but it was spotless, and had the feel of a mom and pop place. Sandwich was good, and the veggies were well above average for a Subway. Lettuce was green and the tomatoes were nice, and stacked neatly in the bin. Bottled drink selection was limited, but adequate, as was the selection of chips.“

“While visiting Troy I stayed close to this location. Was looking for something quick and unique to eat for dinner. I read the reviews for this location and noticed a lot of older reviews weren't very positive. So I sorted by newest and it appears this location is back on track. Upon entering was told I could sit where id like. There were 7 tables at that time with customers. I ordered a small 3 way and a coney dog. The service was fast with my food arriving within 10 minutes. The food was good. No issue with water or grease that was mentioned in older reviews. This location seems to have corrected whatever issues there was in the past. Recommended.“

“Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that I should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.“

“The place is great. There was a family of 5. They were all being rude to a child with adhd 10 years of age. He was just trying to eat and wasn't doing anything wrong. Some people are not to be parent. Pray for the boy. But Especially the dad who is suppose to be a roll model. Was putting him down calling him stupid telling him to shut up. The whole 1/2 hrs. They were there.“

“Ate here tonight and dined in. First of all.. give CREDIT to the 2 staff members who literally working their butts off. They were busy, overwhelmed and clearly short staffed yet somehow the woman was taking exceptional care of her customers and the male worker with her was awesome. They both need a raise.. and lots of praise. Our food was great and they were both still so polite despite the situation. Great job!“

“Very good. Great location. Good food. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere because they have tables outside to eat at, but they sit directly in the sun and there's no umbrellas or shade. Would be an easy fix if they put up umbrellas.

Parking: Only a few parking spots. Street parking available.“

“I don't ever go inside, always drive thru. They regularly get something wrong- today I ordered pepsi zero and root beer, got zero and Dr pepper. But not bad enough to stop me from going, just they need a little better attention to the details. Either that or the AI ordering system needs a reboot.“

“I want to shout out to the gentleman working hr window at 940pm on Wed may 20th. He was so polite and patient with me as I had 2 people with me that kept changing thier mind. Our food came out exactly as what we ordered and it was all fresh! Kudos to the team working that shift!“

“This is one of the better Wendy's I've been to in a long time. Full disclosure, I worked at a Wendy's as a college student and then for a few months after college...fast food management was not for me. The bathroom was very clean. The service was friendly and quick.“

“I've yet to eat my food, but they have to do something with their choice of lighting. Maybe a weird criticism, but it's just not very inviting. Felt like I was going to identify a body rather than pick up lunch. My only other slight jab its the portions were rather skimpy. I'm sure they're good people and deserve your business. Just a couple suggestions.

“I stopped by on Saturday, March 21st, and I was looking for some snack food for my grandchildren. Dakota did a great job of making many good suggestions and she was very upbeat, kind, and friendly. She's a great employee and it's obvious to me that the manager at this location has gone out of their way to to create a culture of providing excellent customer service.“

“First off I walked in and smelled an amazing aroma of fresh bread. Then the young man at the counter was extremely kind and made one heck of a sub. In the end he added a great amount of sauce and toppings. That sub was so amazing I think it cured all my ailments. Mason Groff might just be the world's best sandwich maker. I truly believe a sub from this subway can give an orphan some parents and make a blind man see again. Absolutely wonderful experience!!!“
