“I got the Tony and it was excellent. The menu is limited, might want to expand sandwich choices even just using different combinations of the same meats / cheeses and toppings. Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.“

“On 9/7/24 after 2pm a female worker that was darkskin and I think she had dreadlocs serviced me. From the very beginning she was polite. She was very professional and patient and made my sandwich perfectly. I must say the location was very clean, fully stocked and organized. By the end of my transaction I was happy to leave a tip. “We have come to love Penn station subs this is our closest location so obviously our most visited. Never have we been disappointed, maybe wondered why this time the mayo is in excess or is there hardly any lettuce etc.. consistency could be worked in. Sammich are always good and craveable enough to be back. Like that we can order in a salad to help with keto meals when that’s our goal.
They are always busy and perhaps that’s the why consistency lacks from time to time.“

Ultimately it is just a sandwich shop and its not fancy inside. It is a great place to takeaway from although I have eaten inside several times and it works well enough for that.

The food is excellent in terms of price to performance but some options are greasy. The fries are excellent.“
