“We have been ordering online and or calling in, we generally have our order delivered for approximately 8 years, we have had very few issues, however whenever we did have an issue and called, it was handled and rectified in a timely manner, never had any employee be rude to us!!!“

“I grew up on Whitehouse Chicken. It’s been a staple of my childhood. I don’t live in town anymore but was in town visiting family and wanted to share my love for Whitehouse Chicken with my kids. We stopped in but the restaurant was closed and we could order takeout out. Because we had a group of 6 we were hoping we could dine in. We were so grateful when we asked if we could stay and eat. They let us stay and eat in! The food was the delicious, the staff was absolutely incredible and so sweet for allowing us to sit and eat. “I was greeted with a smile by a very nice staff member. They even gave me a greating as i left the door. My only qualm is please make sure your staff know to not touch their face anywhere behind the counter. I understand it is sometimes subconscious but it peevs me and gets me to wondering how many times did they touch their face while they were making the pizza.“
